In the Season 2 episode Re-Launch (episode 1). It is revealed that in college Nick was a dab hand with drinks that could get a girl (and Winston if he had wanted to, which he hadn't) to do anything he wanted with just one drink.

All we know of the recipe is you need:
• One hollowed-out papaya
• Some crushed ice
• Two fingers of rum
This drinks are apparently a dangerous weapon to have if you master them like Nick Miller has. Girls fall at your feet and Winston, well, Winston gets addicted to them and get's weird. Watch New Girl Season 2 Episode 1 if you haven't already to see what I mean. Groove is in the house!
