A.N basically the whole story of what happened at the fair from the previous one shot.

"The teachers say, 'we aren't going to the fair'," a kid said to the rest of the group. "What why not?" Another kid exclaimed annoyed. "We don't have enough teachers to keep an eye on everyone," the kid from earlier stated. "What, I don't need someone to keep an eye on me," a kid said annoyed folding their arms. "I recon we sneak out," another kid suggested. "Yeah," the rest of the kids agreed, and they started planing.

"Come on Evan it will be fun," Connor whined. "What if we get caught?" Evan asked. "We won't," Connor said flopping on to the bed. Evan gave Connor a look, express how unlikely it is they wouldn't. "Please," Connor whined. Evan sighed. "Fine," he said making Connor throw his fist in the air with victory.

The boy then sneaked out with the rest of the group, before going their separate ways at the fair. It had been decided they would meet back at the entrance at 11, wait 10 minutes, and if you weren't back you were on your own. Connor dragged Evan to the fair games before sitting down at one. Connor and Evan both having a go a failing to win a prize. They continued like that for a bit till Evan spotted a huge panda plush. Evans eye widened in awe. Connor stopped and looked at Evan confused before see what he was looking at. "You want the panda?" Connor asked earning a nod from Evan. "Evan that is like half your size how do you think we will get that past the teachers," Connor pointed out. Evan became disappointed, seeing the bear that he would never Own. Connor sighed before making his way over to the shooting game. After a couple of tries Connor eventually won. He was asked which prize a Connor chose the panda earning a look of surprise from the shorter boy. Connor gave Evan the panda. "I'm not carry it for you," Connor said before going to find something else, and Evan smiled a huge goofy grin on his face.

After going on a few rides they decide to go on the Ferris wheel. The two boys sat on it in bliss silence. And Connor couldn't help but stare at Evan, the big dopey smile from before on his face as looked out at the fair. Connor couldn't help but think Evan was beautiful. "You figured out how you're going to get going to get that to camp on the bus?" Connor asked. "No," Evan said disappointed. Connor nudged Evan shoulder. "I'm sure you'll find a way," soon they were at the bottom again. Evan noticed a little girl looking at the panda. Evan sighed he knew he couldn't take it back home, no matter how much he wanted to. Evan went over and handed it to the girl. She smiled thanking Evan and running off. "Is she smuggling it out for you," Connor laughed. "No, I just came to terms with the fact I can't keep it," Evan sighed. Then an anger looking teacher came up to them. "Crap," Connor said before grabbing Evan by the hand to try and run but the teacher grabbed them both and took them back to camp.

The teacher ranted about how disappointed she was in them, and how they knew better. Connor could see Evan getting more and more upset. He had to do something. "Miss, I dragged Evan their and he kept telling me to go back and it was a bad idea but I didn't listen, he didn't even want to go," Connor said. "The teacher looked at Evan. "Is that so," Evan nodded. "Go to sleep then Evan, you should think of finding some better friends tomorrow," Evan nodded and scurried away. What the teacher said annoyed Connor, but he would get her back later.

Connor walked into the room, not wanting to wake Evan if he was asleep. "How did it go," Evan asked half asleep. "Ok, we were banned from tomorrow's activities which sucks, but it will be fine," Connor said lying down. "Plus we're going to be moved into one room with an adult," Evan looked distort at that information. "But, you're the only reason I came on this camp, your like my safety blanket," Evan said. "Don't worry I will be here if anything happens, and if those stupid adults try to stop me, it won't be pretty," Connor reassured Evan. There was a moment of silence. "Connor?" Evan asked. "Yeah," Connor responded. "Thank you, I know it's been 6 years since he left but it still hurts, and I still feel like I'm going to wake up one day and mum will be leaving to, it doesn't help that she's always at work, I really need this, thanks for dragging me along and standing up for me," Evan smiled. "Any time," Connor said smiling back a light blush on his checks. Connor sat there admiring Evan beauty despite how dark it was and remembering the day. Then Connor thought 'I should have kissed him'. Connor was tasked back by his own thought. But he was straight right. He looked back but never saw a time where he had had an interest in girls. But there were plenty with guys. "Fuck I'm gay," he said aloud to himself. Luckily Evan wasn't awake to hear it.
