Rosalinda twirled the spaghetti around her fork as she ignored the conversation happening at the dinner table.

She needed to figure a way out. Her mother and Marsha acted as if she were the house servant. Looking down at her stomach, she was just starting to show at three months pregnant.

How did she know she was a full three months? Of course she tracked her period but Jamie brought a private doctor to look at her.

Rosalinda refused to be touched by someone she didn't know. Her mother thought she was being ridiculous while Marsha rolled her eyes.

Jamie forced her to sit on his lap while an ultrasound was preformed. When she heard the heartbeat she couldn't help the joy spread to her own heart, knowing she was carrying something precious.

Some might call her stupid, but she forgave Leon. She knew it was a trick after hearing her mother and Marsha gloat about it as she cleaned the bathroom. Rosalinda asked why they would do something so cruel.

They laughed, explaining how priceless her expression was when she ran out of his office. Marsha was very descriptive in her explanation, all while humoring her mother.

She will never forgive them, if anything as soon as she finds a way out she was going straight to the police. There was no way Rosalinda was going to let them get away with what they did to her. And she was going to get William and Rey to represent her, she was more than one hundred and ten percent sure that they would do it in a heartbeat.

She missed them so much. A night she would dream of them surrounding her with hugs and love. Rosalinda knew they would spoil her even more as soon as they realize that she was pregnant. What would Leon say?

She didn't really think of that; she wanted to talk to him and clarify that it was all ticks and lies. Leon was unstable but then again everyone has a flaw, he just didn't know how to correct his mistakes.

Rey and William were sure tired of the back and forth; if most people knew what occurred between them they would roll their eyes and call her stupid. She didn't care Leon was her soft spot.

Rosalinda had more then enough reason to leave him after the things he did to her and never look back but she too always went back to thinking about him. What was it about Leon that called her back to him?

A hand slammed down on the table; Rosalinda dropped her fork in fright as she looked around the room in a panic.

Jamie brushed back a piece of hair from her face. Rosalinda flinched back as she looked down at her plate. The sensation of his hand on her person made her stomach churn. Looking away she covered her mouth ready to run to the bathroom.

Pushing down the nausea with a shaky hand she reached for her water and drank.

"Still nauseous?" He asked as he slowly rose from his seat.

Rosalinda nodded as she waited for him to leave the room. His hand slipped around her clammy one and pulled her up.

Guessing he had other plans instead of leaving her alone.

It would be futile to fight him; Rosalinda obeyed as he guided her through the house. Confused Rosalinda watched as he opened the back door, leading to the backyard he tilted his head for her to go out.

With her first step she was shoved to the side by her mother. "Beauty before the beast." She cackled.

Rosalinda steadied herself against the wall as she glared at the woman that birthed her. She knew why her father abandoned the both of them. He wanted nothing to do with them, her mother was a menace. She felt terrible for what Antoni was about to endure once Rosalinda pulls the wool from his sweet hearted eyes.
