Part 10

Patton P.O.V
I was feeling very bad because Roman's in a bad mood and Virgil has rushed off and Logan has gone to Virgil so I am now left with an angry Roman who is ranting about how stupid his friends are and other stuff like how fustrated he is. Honestly, I wasn't listening because I was too worried about Logan and Virgil. Is Virgil going to be alright.
"Uh! Patton! Were you even listening?" Roman frowned frustratedly.
"Sorry Roman. I am just very worried about Logan and Virgil. They are both such nice people and Logan listened to everything our 'friends' said and he was really angry. He snapped at me Roman!" I could feel my eyes start to water as I muttered the last statement.
"I know... Same..." Roman sighed like he was very tired.
"Patton?" Roman looked at my with wide, wet eyes.
"Yeah..." I said quietly.
"What if we messed up our chances with them?"
That caused me to break. I could feel tears running down my face but I managed to choked down some sobs.
"Patton. Please don't cry. I didn't mean it. Please Patton." Roman tried to comfort me but this only made it worse. Roman saw that it wasn't helping and changed tactics. He walked over to me and wrapped me in a bear-hug. I gladly returned it as I let the tears just flow.

Once I calmed down I apologized to Roman but he said it was okay and understandable.
"It's just that I've had a crush on Logan for a long time. That's how I knew I liked boys." I explained with sniffles here and there.
"Oh..." Roman looked at me shocked.
"Wow, that's a long time, Patton." He said still shocked.
"I know. I just never had the courage to ever say since I'm no way near as smart as him because of my... You know... Dyslexia" I explained further.
"Patton." He looked me dead in the eye with full seriousness. "Just because you have dyslexia doesn't mean you aren't clever. You are just as clever as me, Patton." Roman knows exactly how to make me feel better. I begin to smile and feel slightly better. We then heard loud footsteps and hushed voices further along the corridor.

Logan P.O.V
We were walking down the corridor because we heard some voices so we decided to discover who it was and to our delighted surprise it was Patton and Roman. The moment Roman saw Virgil he ran up and trapped him in a hug in which Patton and I joined in. Eventually, Virgil accepted and joined the hug.
"Virgil and Logan, I am so sorry about our-so-called friends. They are just very... very oblivious and judgemental." Patton sighed. I guess he was ashamed of his friends.
"No it's okay." I spoke up, acceptimg the apology they gave us. Patton's eyes lit up enthusiastically and I seemed to get lost in his chocolate, kid-like eyes.
"Can we please talk about something other then our friends who are jerks?" Roman complained.
"Yes. What is your God or Goddess for thos upcoming history project?" I agreed changing the subject.
"We are doing the Goddess Oizys. She is the Goddess of misery, depression, grief and anxiety." Virgil said bored and uninterested.
"Well we are doing the Goddess of morality and justice I do forget her name though." Patton murmured thoughtfully.
*Patton clicks his fingers*
"Oh I remember her name is Dike!" Patton exclaimed which cause all of us to jump in fright.
"That's so like you Patton." Roman commented amiably.
"Yeah I know." Patton smiled back politely.
"I think we just made friends with our crushes and they seem even more amazing." I whispered to Virgil who only looked up and smiled in agreement. Virgil and I have just found two great friends.

A/N- Hey guys, gals and non-binary pals! Sorry I haven't been uploading lately. I have been in Dublin, Ireland catching up with family and I have been busing meeting my HUGE family. (I have 17 cousins and we are all around the world.) We met my Dad's cousins, my cousins, my aunts and uncles, and we have been touring Dublin. I even recieved a jacket from my cousins and I watched 'Into the Woods' and I loved it. Anyway, this is why I haven't been uploading any chapters recently and I am really sorry.
