Chapter Eighteen💋

Me and James texted each other all night.

I fell asleep at about 4 , maybe even 5 am.

It's now 12am , and I'm still in bed.

Thank god it was Sunday.

James

Hey babe , u up?

There was a knock on my bedroom door which made me quickly turn off my phone - i couldn't have anyone knowing about me and James.

'Hi babe.' my mom said after she had opened the door.

I smile at her then read the text message James had sent me.

James

I wanna see ur face ;)

'Do you know what's wrong with your brother? He seems so moody.' She rolls her eyes , 'Moodier than usual.'

I laugh slightly which felt good.

'Ohh.' I say , realising why he would be annoyed. 'I don't know mom.'

She puts her hands on her hips , 'Oh well. Just leave him be.'

I sat in Michelle's bedroom , watching Pretty Little Liars.

Yeah I know I'm mad for being here , considering how she treated me last time I saw her.

But other than James she's my only friend , and I can't go and see James.

'Ugh.' Michelle complains , pressing pause on the tv remote.

'What?' I ask.

She rolls her eyes , 'Stephanie just texted me , she asked me to come to hers...'

'Oh.'

'She just literally got this new puppy -I mean it's adorable , I have to go see it.'

I take a deep breath. 'Go ahead.'

Her eyes light up , 'Seriously? You're not going to flip if I go though?'

Shaking my head , I say slowly , 'Go see your best friend.'

She squeals excitedly then picks up her phone , dialling out Stephanie's number.

'You can stay here if you want , eat some proper food that's not jarred or from the chippy.'

I raise my eyebrows at her.

'Or don't then.' She snaps , even though I should be the angry one.

I was now back in my own room , catching up on some homework.

I made a promise to myself never to trust Michelle anymore , I didn't need her.

Except she's the only person I have.

I needed to see James.

You know where my house is ;) and I miss u 2 xx

I smile , then I frown , realising a big problem.

My mom was out working which meant Eldon was in charge of the house and if he knew I was at James' , god knows what would happen..

I walk over to my bedroom window and try and work out how I would get out of it.

'Way too high..' I mutter to myself , I had to go downstairs and go through the normal way and risk being founded out.

I wanted to see James though.

I walk downstairs and Eldon who was sitting on the couch turns around.

'Where you going?' He says , pausing the tv.

'J-just to Michelle's.' I try to say coolly.

He raises his eyebrows , 'Isn't she in Stephanie's , she posted a picture of her , Stephanie and her new dog.'

I laugh , 'That's what I meant.'

'You're going to Stephanie's house?'

'Yep.' I say , nodding my head.

'You?'

'If I can go to her party , I can go round for a chat.'

He shudders at the word 'party'.

'As long as that man-slag James Tordjman isn't there , you're fine to go.'

I take a deep breath. 'Why would he be there?'

He shrugs his shoulders , 'Dunno.'

'K. Bye then.' I say , walking to the door.

I really couldn't wait to see him.
