Our Great Escape

Part 15

The following week was more than Jared could handle.

The demands of filming the show were weighing heavy on his now six months pregnant body and this worried Jensen.

One day, while filming a scene in the bunker set, Jared became exhausted and fell over.

"Jared? Are you alright?" Misha asked

Jared just mumbled unintelligibly.

"CUT!" Misha yelled, ending the filming "Somebody get Jensen!"

Meanwhile, Jensen was about to leave the trailer when an intern rushed over and told him what happened.

"Are you serious?" Jensen asked

"Afraid so." The intern replied

"Call the set, tell them I'm on my way." Jensen instructed

"Yes sir." The intern said

Back on the set, everything stopped so Jared could be moved to a softer place to sleep.

The medics were now looking him over.

Soon, Jensen arrived on set running to where Jared was laying.

"What's wrong with him?" He asked

"Could be any number of things. Sleep deprivation mostly." One of the medics said

"Is he going to have to stay in the hospital?" Jensen said, suddenly remembering the first time this happened

"No. But he will need to go on bed rest after filming finishes." the medic said

Jensen was relieved.

But, he knew filming finished in September.

Jared would be seven almost eight months pregnant by that time.

He wasn't due until November.

Soon, Jensen was pulled from his thoughts when he felt a hand on his shoulder.

He looked over and saw Misha putting away his phone.

"If you tweeted any of this..." Jensen was about to say

"Don't worry. I was just calling for an ambulance." Misha said

Then, Jensen pulled away.

"This is just like the first time this happened!" He said

Misha was confused.

"First time? Was Jared pregnant before?" He asked

"It happened before you joined the cast. 2006 to be exact." Jensen confessed "Jared gave birth to her early and she died a month later."

Misha was stunned.

"Wow! I'm sorry. I had no idea." He replied

"You were just trying to help. I shouldn't have overreacted." Jensen said

"No! It's alright. Really! It means you've learned from your mistakes and are taking care of Jared and this new baby." Misha said

Jensen just gave him a dirty look.

"Okay, not the best words to use." Misha mumbled

Later when the ambulance arrived, Jensen followed Jared's stretcher as he was being pulled into the back of the ambulance.

"Sir, you need to stay back!" One of the paramedics said

"Jared needs me!" Jensen shouted

"Jack!" Jared slurred as he slowly came to

"See what I mean?" Jensen said as he climbed into the back of the ambulance with Jared

The paramedics shook their heads at this and closed the doors.
