I thought you were the one,

I thought you were 'the guy',

I thought you were my prince,

I thought you were my dream come true.

But now you are with her,

You are sharing your love with someone else,

You are making new memories not with me,

For you are starting a life with her.

I know I'll find 'the one' again,

I know there's someone else for me out there,

And I know that guy won't be you.
