Angels cry too,
didn't you know?
I guess I should of told you,
instead of letting you go.
I know that it isn't fair, but I know
that they aren't scared.
I smile to let them know, it's okay
to cry alone.
I know that they smile back,
the same way that you use to.
They say it's okay; to smile and
cry at the same time.
They understand me.
They know life isn't fair,
but they know that I still care.
Please tell them that,
once you let me go.
