When we got to the bar I saw Cami talking to a brunette girl.

"Why don't I talk to Cami and you can listen from afar," I told him but before he could protest I was already walking towards my cousin.

"Angel, I finally made it," I said as I walked up to her.

She turned around and gave me a smile in relief.

"You made it on time. That's great." She said as she gave me a hug which I gladly returned.

"Well, I knew I would be done for if I wasn't," I said and we both gave each other a smirk.

"Damn, straight."She said and we started laughing.

"Angel, why are you being so rude? Introduce me to your new friend." I said as I turn my attention to the cute brunette.

"Stiles this is Davina, Davina this is Stiles." She said and I stiffen a little hearing the name but I quickly recover. I gave Davina a handshake and she stiffened as well already sensing what I am. I can already see her putting her walls up trying not to act nervous. Even if I wasn't supernatural, I can already tell how nervous and anxious she is at this moment.

"Stiles, it's your turn." She said as she grabs me by the hand and leads me to the stage.

She goes up first to grab the mic and starts talking, "Hey, everybody. This is my cousin Stiles. I hope you guys enjoy his performance."

When she said my name I was already hearing some cheers from my fellow coworkers. She had set the mic back to were it was and quickly left the stage.

"Hey guys, I hope you like this song. It's 'Revolution' by The Score. I really like the song but until recent events, I noticed how some of the lyrics are relevant." I say through the mic before I gave the band behind me the signal to start the beat.

Once I stopped singing there was a small silence until everybody started clapping and cheering. It felt amazing as I got off stage and I got a few pats on the back. I saw Klaus and I walked up to him. As I walking up to him he was smirking while slowly clapping.

"I have to say I am impressed." He said and I can feel heat spread to my cheeks as I awkwardly scratch behind my neck.

"You thought so?" I asked feeling a little vulnerable which was uncommon these days.

I decided to get a cigarette from my pocket. I haven't had one in a while. Klaus scrunches his nose in distaste of my action but started talking.

"Why would I lie? The crowd certainly agreed." He said as he refers to when the crowd was cheering for me when the song ended.

"I haven't sung in public for quite some time. I usually sing when I am by myself or just when I am around close family and friends." I said as I shrug my shoulders and blow out some of the smoke.

"Why choose to sing now?"He asked curiously.

"Story for another day," I said as I take another drag and he groaned.

"You are not seriously going to make me try to figure this out too?" He asked exasperated.

"No, but I don't feel like talking about it now," I said and he rolled his eyes.

"Fine, just this time I'll let it go because we have more business to attend to." He said compliantly and then he slightly turned his head concentrated on something else.
