Elizabeths P.O.V.

The honey moon went great. I'm still not showing but I suspect I will soon. I got all the information about Mac that I needed. I have been home for a week now and I go support the boys at every practice and game. Everything to do with the team I go to. Georgia and Kaner are doing okay. He is still being his party self but hasn't hooked up with any girls. I'm worried about him. I stretch in bed and look at Tyler. I have to wake him up. I lean over and kiss his lips. That doesn't work so I do it again. It still doesn't work. I go to do it again and he wraps his arms around my waist and pulls me close to him. We soon find ourselves in a make out session. I run out of breath and pull away. I turn in Tyler's arms so my back is against his chest. He rested his hands on my stomach and I could feel the smile on his face against my neck. "I can't believe I'm going to be a father. Have a baby with the woman I love." I smile and turn my head towards him. "I love you too! And I can't believe it either. But Tyler. I want you to promise me something." I face towards him again and see the concern in his eyes. I go on. "Promise me that you won't get frustrated with me during this pregnancy. It is going to make me moody. Like no other. And I will wake up in the middle of the night with an urgent craving. So let's enjoy our sleep now while we can before I'm up waiting for you to get back from wherever with whatever." He smiles. "I promise. And I like the sound of sleep." He tightened his grip on me and closed his eyes to fall asleep. I laughed and lightly hit his chest. "Not now. You have to go to practice now! Especially with the playoffs!" He nods his head and gets out of bed. He pulls me up with him. After we are both ready we head down to the rink. I walk into the locker room with him to be treated by all the guys. Kaner being like the little boy he is runs up to me and gives me a childish hug. I laugh and pat his head. I do my rounds of giving everyone a hug. Once I'm done I look at Kaner, "Can I talk to you outside for a minute?" He nods his head and walks out. Tyler gives me a strange look but I smile in reassurance. I go out into the hallways where Kaner is. He looks at me curious. "You needed to talk?" I sigh. "Kaner. When is it going to stop?" He looks confused. "When is what going to stop?" I sigh again. "The partying! You are a professional athlete and an amazing one at that! You have a lot of eyes on you and when you party all the time and act like the best of the best it brings you down. And I know you know this but what I don't understand is why your not changing! You have a girlfriend for crying out loud and the media knows it! So when your at a club, grinding with a slut and your lips on her neck, how do you think that makes fans feel? The organization? Georgia for crying out loud! When?" He looks at the ground ashamed. "I'm scared." Now it's my turn to be confused. "Of what? Kaner I can help you if you want." He sighs and slides to the floor with his back pushed firmly against the wall. "What if she really doesn't like the real me? I know I am the best of the best but-" I cut him off. "Kaner. Let me teach you a lesson that will hopefully get through your head and make you understand something. Out there is someone even better than you! They just can't afford the gear! The traveling prices. It's not simple! But when you die! Someone will be considered greater than you! I mean, look at Crosby! He is already getting better and better and will be way better than Gretzky! Your amazing Kaner. But you need to know when you are pushing the limits. So tell me the real reason." He sighs. He looks up at me and I see tears running down his face. "It's the damn media! I make one mess up on ice and the world ended! I make a goal. The world is saved. I can't take the pressure of all eyes on me wondering if I will be the next greatest. When I drink I don't feel that. When I dance, everything leaves. And the girls. Well, I don't know about them. I guess they are just what they are and they push themselves in my arms but I'm too drunk to notice. I want your help to be a better boyfriend to Georgia. And I know she is mad at me for what I did the other night. She won't talk to me. I accept your help Elizabeth. It is really appreciated. Thank you!" I nod my head and help him up. I pull him into a hug and he lightly cries into my shoulder. Once he calms down I push him away by the shoulders and look at him. I wipe his tears and make it look like as if he had never cried. I lightly smile. "Feeling better?" He smiles back. "Yeah. Much." I laugh. "Well. Let's go fix things between you and Georgia!" He nods his head and we walk back into the locker room. I look around but Georgia is no where in sight. "Anyone seen Georgia?" Tazer steps forward. "In your guys special locker room." I nod my head and pull Kaner over there. I get to the door and set Kaner against the wall out side and look at him. "Stay here. Don't make a noise. Listen though. You might learn something else. Maybe. But I will come get you." He nods his head and I walk in there. Georgia sees me and smiles. She walks over and gives me a hug. "How was the honey moon?" I smile. "It was great. But we can talk about that later. Me and you need to talk about something else." She nods her head and sits down on her bench and I sit on mine. I take a deep breath and start with what I've been wanting to know. "What's going on with you and Kaner?" She frowns. Then her expression changes. She looks angry but looks like she wants to cry. She takes a deep breath and answers me. "I honestly don't know. One day were great but the next he goes out to a club and gets caught sucking on some chicks neck. It hurt. But I had to expect it. It's part of what he was known for." I nod my head. "What would you do if he tried to change. For you." I add the last kart on. She lightly smiled. "It would be great. I wouldn't have to worry when he goes out with the boys and I can't go." She frowns again. "But I don't think it can happen." I smiled and she looked up at me. "What? Why are you smiling?" I smiled even wider. "I got someone here. And I want you to promise me that not matter what you will listen to what they have to say. Promise?" She nods her head and I walk to the door. I open it and peek my head around the corner and whisper. "Did you catch everything?" He nods. I open the door for him and he walks in shyly. I walk in between them and look at them. Kaner looks in pain. Georgia looks hurt. "Kaner. You told me you wanted to be the best boyfriend you could to Georgia. You also want me to help you with a few other things we discussed. What do you want to say right now to her?" He shyly and painfully smiles. "Georgia. I am so sorry. I just have so much stress. The media is hounding me. Wondering what stupid move I'm going to do next. That is why I drink. I can't take the criticism and judgment. They don't know me and I don't know them but their words get to me. I'm so sorry Georgia. It pains me that I hurt you. I stay up every night wondering what I did to ever deserve you. I'm getting help. Elizabeth is helping me through it and I'm going to be better. But before I can do that I need you to except my apology. And I can tell you I truly mean it. Even ask Elizabeth." She looks at me and I nod. He is telling the truth. She runs to him and he catches her in his arms. They are both in tears. "I missed you so much Kaner! It hurt so bad." They both sniffle. "I know. I'm sorry. I missed you to." I slowly exit the room with a small smile on my face. All the guys look at me weird. "What's going on?" Tyler asked. "I'm helping Kaner with his party problem and him and Georgia made up. But I'm helping him change his ways. He will do it." Everyone cheers. I'm proud of myself. Kaner will become another great. He is already considered something along the lines of that but he will get even more attention. For the better. And I already have a few ideas. I dial up Mac. She answers. "Hey! What are you doing this weekend?" I hear her thinking for a minute. "Nothing. Why?" I smile. "I'm going to fly you out. I have a buddy who needs help changing his ways. I think your story may help." She chuckles. "Okay. Let me know when. I'll let my mom know. I'll see you soon." I smile. "See you soon." And with that. My plan is beginning to unfold.
