While everyone was on the airplane, Bruce was sitting down, his head in his hands. “I’m really hoping we don’t have to work together again tomorrow… They seemed kind on TV, but Ratchet nearly set me off,” he said.

“So what? Go all Hulk on him and beat him down. You’d easily be strong enough to do that,” Natasha said.

“But you know I don’t want to go all Hulk on anyone. I’m not going to get angry at all,” Bruce replied as he lifted up and stared at the ceiling, begging to get home. He just wanted to be alone and calm down, to stop thinking of the heck he was being handed by everyone. They all wanted him to fight, but the only thing he wanted was to remain human. He gripped the seat handle at the thought, then suddenly let go, realizing what he was doing. He let out a sigh and finally looked at Natasha. “And if you even try so much as to temp me…”

“Don’t worry. I won’t let her,” Captain said. Natasha jolted around, glaring at him.

“You still think you can control what I do?” Natasha asked. Her eyes danced with fire inside them, raging and reaching so tall that they’d touch the clouds.

“Well you can’t tell people what to say and do either. It’s just not right….. or is it now? I’m not quite sure about that…” Captain said, trailing off in his thoughts.

Hawkeye let out a sigh and looked at her. “Remember how you made Bumblebee feel back there? What if others feel just that same way?”

“Shut up, ok? I know people have feelings,” Natasha huffed. She turned away so she could stop arguing.

“Obviously not well enough,” Hawkeye added underneath his breath. He frowned.

Captain stared down at his broken leg. It had a stiff board behind it with straps over it, holding it tightly in place. He could barely feel it. It was like the bone had never been there. “Stupid Decepticon…” He let all of his breath out. “Do we really have to keep fighting those things?”

“Depends on whether or not there are any left underground tomorrow,” Hawkeye replied. “But you’re not fighting those things again even if there are more, so you really shouldn’t be complaining.”

Captain sighed. “Bumblebee seemed pretty upset that I couldn’t fight with him…” He turned to see Hawkeye. “How’d you do with him?”

“Well she nearly ruined it all because she didn’t realize how emotional he was,” Hawkeye replied, pointing his head multiple times at Natasha. “But otherwise, he seems really kind. And yeah… he was upset he couldn’t fight with you. But I at least tried to make him happy.” He nearly glared at Natasha, but he restrained himself so he wouldn’t get into another bickering war.

Natasha didn’t speak a single word. She was obviously upset with him. But she seemed to just want her way, even though she did nothing to get it. She just spoke her mind, not caring whether it would hurt people. Hawkeye knew it would be a pain for her being around someone so emotional. He had no problem with it.

“Maybe Thor should go with Bumblebee next time. Ratchet would be better for…” Hawkeye was quickly cut off by Bruce.

“Ratchet would sooner get angry and pound her into the ground as dust,” Bruce said. “I’ve seen how he gets, and he doesn’t put up with sass.”

Captain stepped in before anything else got out of hand. “Just leave it as is. Maybe you’ll learn to get along. Give them all a chance. Nobody knows anything about them but Bruce, and so we have to do our best. But have they been around for a long time? Like after I froze in the ice?”

“Try even before that. About four million years they’ve been on Earth, but the public didn’t know until a few years ago,” Bruce commented. Captain gasped and his eyes went wide. “The ones that did come here all those years ago died, and one named Megatron was frozen in ice until however many years ago. Then when he was found, he was taken by officials and locked away. They stupidly tried to thaw him out, only to learn they made a huge mistake since when he was revived, he nearly destroyed a city.”
