Ratchet looked up at Soundwave and Soundwave paused, staring back at him, the two of them motionless. Suddenly, Ratchet broke the stillness. He jammed his fist straight into his center and sent him flying. He whipped around and looked at Thor. “Get behind me! Now!” he demanded. Thor gave a strange look, but he did it anyway. Then Ratchet gazed up at Hulk who was smashing Laserbeak endlessly. “Hulk! Get down here and cover Thor!” Hulk jumped down and walked over to Thor’s other side. Then Ratchet faced forward and said, “You told me you can use thunder, right?”

“Yes. What is it I need to do?” Thor replied.

“We’ll cover you while you charge it up and hit Soundwave, ok?” Ratchet said.

“I’m fine with that,” Thor replied. “But what about Laserbeak?”

“He can’t be repaired if Soundwave’s down. Get rid of him and we can get rid of Laserbeak,” Ratchet replied. Thor nodded and charged Mjolnir into the sky. Clouds covered everyone, and Ratchet and Hulk took defensive stances as they waited for either of them to charge.

“Hulk! Be on the lookout for everything they do!” Ratchet called out. He glared at Soundwave as he stood up and walked up to him. He threw a punch to his face and Ratchet blocked it with his left arm, then grabbed it and threw it off him. He brought up his left hand and threw a punch to the center of his face. Thrusting Soundwave forward, Ratchet jammed his heel into him and made him fall forward.

“Laserbeak! Come!” Soundwave demanded. In the distance, Laserbeak came charging forward. Hulk attempted to grab him, but Laserbeak completely missed. Or so he thought. A small trickle of blood ran down his face, coming from a long cut obviously made by Laserbeak’s wing. Hulk remained silent for a few seconds, motionless as a stone. The sound of Laserbeak flying past was heading right toward him. The moment he saw him fly out of the corner of his eye, Hulk grasped him between both hands and smashed him into the ground, then stomped on him with his foot.

Ratchet held up his fist and bent down with his foot still on Soundwave’s center. He gripped his shoulder and slammed his fist into Soundwave’s face. A strange robotic cry filled the area around everyone, and Ratchet cringed. Just in that time, Soundwave grabbed Ratchet’s leg and threw it off him, pushed himself up and stood up, then threw a kick. Ratchet grabbed his leg and gripped it as tightly as he could, then slammed it don onto the ground. “Are you almost done there?!” he asked Thor.

“Give me a minute. This is not easy every time,” Thor replied. Electricity began to rush through the clouds violently, and the center point was Mjulnir. The charge got more and more violent, turning to what would be the rampage of dragons. Soundwave got back his balance, then suddenly, lightning crashed down into him, a loud boom sounding out from it all. Another loud and strange robotic cry sounded out, and Soundwave was flipping out. He cringed and tried to stand on his feet, but he fell to the ground, then gripped his arm where the lightning was hitting him. He fell further and further to the ground. Thor continued to hold his hammer high, and then when he heard Soundwave collapse, he lowered it to his side and the lightning stopped, the clouds began to clear, and he was breathing heavily. He looked over to Soundwave who was struggling to move on the ground.

Ratchet turned to see Thor. “Nice work! Are you ok?”

“Yes. I am fine, but tired. At least he is nearly finished,” Thor replied. Ratchet nodded and turned to Soundwave, then kicked him hard.  He just tumbled like a barrel, his arms falling limp at his sides.

As Ratchet walked up to Soundwave, he said, “Forgive me. But you were not willing to give up, and this became your fate. If only you had gone before the battle, I wouldn’t have had to do this.”
