"I was 14 years old. I think we knew each other back then... we met online in 6th grade, right?" He asked. I nodded.

"Well, I was feeling a little confused, because I'd had a crush on a guy... so I decided to date the only kid who was remotely out of the closet. Well, he wasn't exactly the one for me, we broke up about three weeks after getting together." he explained.

"So, he wasn't your type, or you weren't into guys?" I asked, confused.

"Wasn't my type. I'm bisexual, Jerome." he murmured. I wanted to jump up and down, I wanted to squeal like a girl. Mitch was bisexual!

"But I haven't found anyone yet." he stated quickly. Instantly, that mood crashed.

"Well, I hope you do, Mitch. You deserve it." I mumbled. "Now, I have to get to class." I excused myself, leaving before he could say anything to me.

-Timeskip-

At lunch, I slunk into the cafeteria, grabbed my lunch, and went outside. I texted Preston, and he arrived a while later.

"Hey, Jerome." he grinned.

"Purrston!" I giggled. He settled in beside me where I was sitting on the grass, leaned up against the wall of the school.

"How's school been?" he asked, putting an arm around my waist.

"Eh, pretty terrible, as usual." I replied. He raised an eyebrow.

"It started out with Mike being a dick, no surprise there. Then Mitch came out to me as bisexual, but he said he hadn't found anyone yet." I explained.

"Ouch." he winced. "Well, I've been pretty off today too. All he said to the news I gave him last night was, 'great job, babe'. I wish he didn't mean 'babe' in a funny way." he sighed.

"Why's it seeming more and more hopeless each minute of the day?" I whined.

"I dunno, but let's just enjoy each other in the meantime." he smiled. "After all, I'm here for a few weeks."

"I guess you're right. I have a boyfriend." I smirked, resting my head on his shoulder.

"I- if worst comes to worst, Jerome, could we... could we keep dating?" He asked shyly. I looked up at him.

"I don't see why not." I grinned. "We make each other happy enough. I mean, it's not Preston-and-Rob and Mitch-and-Jerome happy, but it's Preston-and-Jerome happy, that's second best." I murmured. He chuckled.

"You're lucky I could comprehend what you just said, Jerome." He smiled. I leaned up, pecking his cheek. In part because we're dating, but in part for the approaching Mitch's benefit.

"Hey guys." Mitch smiled. "What's up?"

"Just hanging out. Wanna join us?" I asked.

"Sure." he nodded, sitting down across from us. "So, is your dad happy? You said something about him dreaming of TBNRASF." he smirked.

"We haven't told him, or my mom yet." I admitted.

"We have to tell at least Momma Bacca when you get home!" Preston stated.

"Of course." I laughed. "And dad... well, that'll at least make his day. He's been pretty stressed about work."

"Aw.. it's like when PapaUniverse was a bit down. But all of TC and our friends got together in Texas, and threw a little party for him, and we picked him right up." Mitch grinned.

"That's right, even Bash and Bodil showed up." I giggled. "I still have pictures from the party. Want me to send them to you guys?" I asked. They nodded eagerly.

"I think Jason was especially grateful for that. He's pretty close to his dad, seeing him all depressed like that was probably killing him." Preston murmured.

"Then it's settled. If my dating Preston doesn't cheer my dad up, then a TC party will." I grinned.

"But I bet just us being together will be enough." Preston murmured close to my ear, making me shiver, but in a good way.

"Definitely." I agreed.

A/N: A Team Crafted party?! YES, PLEASE. By the way, this takes place before TC pretty much disbanded! :3
