"hOLY SHHHHHH-" y/n could hear Haechan said, before a tiny, polite cough interrupted him.

Y/n couldn't help but smile as she heard the neat, echoing footsteps walking down the stairs. "Ms. y/n." Turning around, she looked at the man in front of her.

"Wassup Gerald??" She said, and he gave her nod in return. "Haechan, meet my butler. Gerald." She said, and gestured towards the tall, unsmiling man by her.

"Y... you? Have a butler??" He said, staring at the man until coughed once again, startling Haechan out from his trance.

"Mr... haechan." Gerald the butler said, and looked once again at y/n. "I didn't realize we were having a guest. I would have tidied up the place."

Y/n could see Haechan look around at the house, most likely spotless by the amount of cleaning the butler did every day.

"Gerald, its fine. You can rest now." He gave a slight bow and left the room, the same footsteps echoing around.

"Princess! You have a butler?? You keep on surprising me." He said with a laugh, and shook his head.

She rolled her eyes and threw her backpack on a couch. "I didn't hire him. My parents wanted a butler. I honestly don't even know what butlers are for." He nodded slowly, still not understanding this strange new house he was in.

"He probably gets paid more than the teachers at our school." He must of seen y/n flinch in the corner of his eyes, because he stopped talking suddenly, only to mutter out a "I didn't mean to..."

She nodded. "It's fine. It's understandable." She said. And sat on the couch. Looking up to him, she patted the seat next to him. "Come and sit. Relax for a bit."

He sat down, perching on the very tip of the couch, almost like he was afraid of ruining it. She couldn't help but laugh. "It's a couch. Not some multi million seat deluxe. My family might own Vera but I'm not some rich snob."

He gave her a sideways look. "Wow. That's the first time I heard you joke about your wealth. I always thought of it as a touchy subject."

"Kinda, in some ways. Ways that kids would want to be your friends just to see if you would buy them a present for their birthdays. And when you don't, they spit in your face and call you names, only to come back the next day and beg for forgiveness. And then money. It's always money. But hey, you're not like those right? I really hope so. You're the first boy to see my house."

Y/n felt her face grow red. "I mean person! Person. Person. Not boy." She stammered, and his laugh only made her face grow even redder.

"Nah.  I'm not after your money. Don't worry." He said.

"Hey you want something to eat? After 15 minutes I'm sure someone can drive you home." Y/n said, looking for a way to change the subject.

"You're not old enough for your license? Who's gonna drive us? Your butler?" Haechan said sarcastically.

Y/n have him a cheeky, and embarrassed grin. "No. my chauffeur."
