You Are The One That I Don't Want is a book that narrates the story of a new young professional wrestler Alessia, she shocks the WWE universe on her debut, having a tag team partner match with Seth against Alexa and Finn Balor.
The day after she is being followed by many fans on her social accounts, she then is called to Hunter office, where they offer her a storyline where she is stuck in the middle between deciding Finn or Seth, this turns into personal things and both Finn and Seth try to win Alessia's heart by hanging out, but Seth plays dirty and Finn misunderstood everything. He then tells Alessia to stop seeing each other, Alessia was hurt by his words and Seth takes advantage on that so he asks her out, she accepts and during that time Finn and Alessia starts missing each other.
It turns to be Wrestlemania were Alessia retains her championship, after that Seth comes and asks her hand. The night after Finn retires as he knew about it and flies back to Ireland. He then starts writing letters day by day, but Alessia never answers back.
