"I kissed him." I said, walking back into the room.

Nic's eyes got big in shock. "You kissed him?!"

"Yep," I smirked, sitting the ice cream down.

"Wow, already?" Kandi said.

I raised a brow, screw facing her. "Already what?"

"You already fucked him?"

I rolled my eyes. "First of all. I never said anything about fucking him, so how about you mind your business?"

"Duh? That's why I asked, right?"

"Ho don't make me slap you." I threatened, pointing my finger at her.

"Wassup, bougie." she spat holding her arms out in defense.

"Alright, calm down," Nic said rolling her eyes. "That's nice E," she smiled.

I smiled back. "Thanks, Nic."

"The only thing that i'm confused about is why you haven't talked to him in three weeks?"

"I just haven't," I lied.

"You just haven't?" she resorted, taking a scoop of ice cream.

"Yeah, I mean we're just chilling," I shrugged.

She scoffed. "What?" I said after sucking my spoon clean.

"So you almost rode his dick in his car, and y'all just chilling?" They both laughed.

"Laugh all you want. I said what I said."

"Girl what?" she chuckled out. "Does he like you or not?"

"Yeah. Well, at least he said that he does."

"So why are y'all not dating?"

"I never said that we weren't, it's just," I sighed. "It's just complicated."

"Complicated for you or for him?" she raised a brow.

"I think for the both of us." I said.

Nic kissed her teeth. "Girl to me it just sounds like you are."

"Really, how Nic?"

"Because the man made it clear that he likes you, but it's just you over here on some I don't know type stuff."

"Why don't you know?" Kandi asked me.

I rolled my eyes. "If you must know. He's a thug and I don't know if he even really has feelings."

"Everyone has feelings," Said Kandi.

"Exactly," Nic agreed.

I rolled my eyes, sighing. "You know what I mean."

"Obviously I don't if I said that." Nic said, smartly.

"Well, what I mean't was that, he's probably always running around with different females."

She kissed her teeth. "So? That was before he even got with you."
