Chaos. That was the perfect word the describe the moment. Hera was still in dazed after what happened, even his pickup line was a failure to her. Not that any pickup lines ever worked, but yeah. She felt everything moved in slow motion as she tried to recover from the shock.
"God! Hera, are you alright?"
A shriek of worry was heard and within seconds, Hera was put down. Her legs were wobbly as she tried to stand still on her own. Luckily, the guy that caught her was there to support her. Hera looked up to meet his eyes, it was only then she truly realised whom was her saviour.
"Yukh—"
"Hera, are you hurt?"
She wasn't given a chance to thank him as her twin and her bestfriend started dragging her to the bleachers. She blinked a few times and nodded her head as her friend handed her a bottle of water.
"Are you alright?" Yuta questioned, he scanned her for any injuries but luckily he didn't find any. "I'm fine, my head hurts." She said. Before she could further elaborate, another male started blurting out nonsense.
"Damn it, I should have never strive for that kick— Gosh, you would've been dead if it wasn't for Yukhei— What if Mama finds out about this? I'm so so sorry—"
"Jungwoo, it's not your fault." Hera stopped her twin from spitting further nonsense. "Besides, I'm alright. I was just shocked that's all." She smiled as she patted the male on the shoulder. He sighed, guilty as ever. "Come on, let's get inside." Jungwoo held his sister by the arm as he took her inside the school building. They had enough practice for today.

"Yukhei, hey! Eyes up here."
Jaehyun pulled the named male by the chin, forcing him to face him instead of checking out the girls across the cafeteria. "What?" He asked, obviously uninterested in whatever his friend had to say. "You seriously didn't listen a word we just said?" Jaehyun asked, his eyebrows creased. Yukhei was acting strange lately.
Yukhei shrugged as if it was nothing and turned his head in the previous direction. "Dude, what is up with you today? You barely talk, you don't focus on the game." Johnny added but both of them barely got his attention.
"Is this some kind of side effects because he hasn't hooked up with anyone?" Mark voiced out from the side.
"I thought so, but then he turned down three girls already." Ten whispered in response. "Yeah, and he kept looking at Hera." Johnny chirped in. "Hera? Was that save just now coincidental or—"
All four of them eyed their one pal strangely, something was going on in his mind and they were certain it had to do with the cheerleader he just saved. The only thing they couldn't understand was why he was being so specific for just another fling?
After a momentary pause, Yukhei sighed, earning attention from the table. "Is it so wrong for me to pick at least once?" He smiled sarcastically. The rest of the members went quiet for a while. "It's not, but then again it's you we're talking about." Mark replied, only to have Yukhei raised an eyebrow at him.
"The guy who never say no to a hottie? Flirt on a daily basis, never went single for a minute?" He described. Yukhei chuckled a little before looking at his friends again. "Well, let's just say I got caught up in a stupid bet." He said.
"A bet?" All of them chorused.
"Yeah, I'll be $100 richer in 4 months." He grinned. It was getting weirder than they thought. "What does it have to do with Hera?" Jaehyun asked, at the mention of the her name, Yukhei smirked. "She's the bet obviously, I gotta officially name myself as her first boyfriend without sleeping with her." He answered casually.
"Woah!" The whole table was loud this time, they were all in shock. "How can you handle not sleeping with anyone for four months?" Ten laughed. "You slept with different girls every two weeks!" He added before stifling into another laugh. "Besides, it's not like I can't sleep with other girls behind her back. She won't notice a thing." Yukhei shrugged his shoulders. "Yeah, yeah. Laugh all you want, when I'm $100 richer, I'll forget we're ever friends." Yukhei rolled his eyes.
Johnny was quick to sling an arm around him. "I said nothing." He said, earning a laugh from the table. "Yuta's gonna love this." Ten said as he took out his phone to text one of their own circle of friends, only to be stopped by Yukhei.
"Hey, hey. He can't know about this. Hera's gonna find out and that cannot happen." He said as Ten nodded and put his phone down. "What's this, a little secret of our group?" Jaehyun questioned. "Yeah, you can say that." Yukhei clicked his tongue. His eyes immediately darted to a certain girl as she walked past their table towards a table filled with two males and a girl.
The rest of the group immediately had their eyes glued on Hera's figure who just entered the cafeteria. The news about her surviving a 16 ft fall went bizarre in the whole school, plus what made it hotter was the fact that Yukhei was the one who caught her. Ten playfully made a catcall as she walked past them which was inevitably heard by her.
However, instead of Hera reacting to them, her twin was there to glare at them. Unfortunately, his glare wasn't enough to scare them as Ten just made a silly face to mock him. As the four guys started to talk about Hera, obviously checking her out, Yukhei had his eyes focused on her. He didn't know when, but she caught his attention so much after the party.
A brief eye contact was all he needed when he caught her looking back at him for a short moment. Immediately, as any girl would, Hera looked away and pretended as if it was nothing. Yukhei smiled to himself, knowing that this challenge was going to be fun.
