Chapter 7

Mariah POV

"Well... well look at what we have here, the bitch who stole my boyfriend!" Kirsty said with a smirk on her face me and Jake just ignored her but she just kept talking the sound of her voice really made me mad. I had to control myself before hell broke loose, I tried slid out the booth I guess Kirsty had to make a show to everyone in the diner. "Oh where to you think your going you little cunt, I told you I was going to make your life a living hell and today's the day" she said looking at Jake. "Leave her alone Kirsty, see this is the reason why I broke up with you in the first place you don't have a nice bone in you body your so evil worst then high school evil" Jake hissed sliding out the booth pushed Kirsty away for me to get out. "No babe listen I can change I can it's her fault she'd always ruin my spot light my happiness please babe" Kirsty grieved grabbing his wrist but when did I ever steal her spot light? he just kept walking me away as I turned around to see Kirsty eyes blood shot red omg she one of the dark vampires then I looked at her wrist to spot the royalty birthmark. OH SHIT! she was a princess of the dark vampires why didn't I see this coming.

Before we left out the door Kirsty decided to dump the rest of Jakes milkshake on my head. I never felt so humiliated ever in my life I could do anything but drive home with tears falling down my face and anger in my soul this is now war. I stayed in my room for 1 week in solitude, Jake called me texted me everyday to see if I was alright I know I shouldn't let this bother me you know what I shouldn't I can't let her see fear in me anymore.

"Sweetheart are you better now?" Mrs.Jones said coming in slowly I just nodded my head. "Dear, you shouldn't let one incident disturb you are a vampire fire elemental you now are a part of are royal family" she said giving me a tight hug she was really strong. "Your right but Kirsty is a royal of the dark vampires, she's stronger, faster than I am not to even mention prettier". "Mariah Anne Klein" she yelled I knew that made her pissed, "I don't want you to ever say that ever! You my dear are all those things you just haven't believed in yourself like your suppose to" she hissed calming herself down. "I'm sorry Mrs.Jones but your right I am" I said feeling more confident then before "My dear when will you ever figure out that I'm always right even if I'm wrong I'm right" she said giving me a kiss on my forehead exiting my room.

I called Kelly to let her know that project : Jake falls in love with me is back on. I never felt so confident ever in my life I guess it's time to beat Kirsty at her own game.

I felt like a sexy beast when I looked at myself in the mirror I had lil cute booty, perfect breast and curves. Good thing to day everyone had to dress formal I had something to drop everyone's jaw. I think are new principal is a pervert or something he seems to love to stare at the girls with tight clothes on, shorts and shirts that show cleavage. Me and Kelly were walking towards the front door "I don't think I can do this what if Coles here, what will people think?" I said feeling dizzy "Listen I check to see if he registered this morning good thing he didn't anyway you look sexy trust me and if your having trouble I'm here with you ok" Kelly said I hope she was right I'd still haven't told her about Kirsty being a princess of the dark vampires I'll tell her later at home. My hair was wand curled, I had on a light brown leathered Prada purse, light brown wedges, skinny light blue jeans, a white tight tank top and light pink blazer suit top with gold earrings, bracelet, rings and necklace.

"Come on scaredy cat lets go or you'll miss you chance before everyone goes to home room"Kelly said pushing me in that's when I felt all eyes on me. I walked down the hall guys drooling over me girls hating on me so this is how Kelly felt everyday this was awesome I loved it. Smiling from ear to ear perfect make up, outfit. Perfect timing too Kelly came out the bathroom seeing how I went from nerd to fashionista in just a day seeing her face expression said it all stage one complete now stage two.

First bell rang I was getting my books out my locker when Jake noticed me "Mariah?" Jake asked the butterfly's were about to burst out my stomach but I calmed myself down before responding back "Hi J..Jake" I said staring at his perfect shirtless muscular body he was in his way to P.E ,I knew it was rude to stare but damn how could I look away "Mariah? Hello?" Jake said snapping me out at staring at him even more. "Yes Hunk ..I mean Yes Jake" I said slapping myself on the forehead as he laughter softly at my embarrassment my cheeks were hot cherry red. "You look different but a good different but not like you weren't before but...um.." Jake said as his cheeks got red too I just giggled, the first bell rang "Well I guess I'll see you around then, bye Mariah" he said walking away waving goodbye as I did the same.

So far today was perfect as planned I meet Kelly outside by the big oak tree outside for lunch. "So how was your day so far?" Kelly asked drinking the blood from her designer pink glitter mug with her name written in cursive, mine was a plane black and silver one that you get from Walmart with my written name on it.

"It's going exactly as planned but do I always have to wear designer clothes can't like some days I wear normal comfortable clothes like I used to?" I asked slurping my mug "It's your body Mimi I just gave you clothes if you want to style it up a bit" Kelly said giving me a warm smile just like my mother used to give me everyday when I woke up and came home from school.

"So are driving with me home or what?" The last bell of the day time to go home: Kelly asked as we walked back into school.

"No I'll be staying in the music room" I said waving goodbye walking I love the music room I stay after school and play the violin sometimes piano to Beethoven it's how I relax myself and just be me. I started playing on the violin Beethoven- Moonlight Sanata, music was life it was feelings to me some place I can feel free. Jake scared me when he came out of nowhere clapping when I'd finish, "Wow your amazing Mariah I never seen anyone play with such emotion" Jake said walking towards the piano. Oh great he had no shirt on his red basketball shorts were low enough to see his v-line ,he was sweaty I guess he just finished football practice. "I'm sorry I made you scared, I heard someone play Beethoven in the hallway so I followed it when I took a peak I seen you and I couldn't help myself but stay and listen to you play hope you don't mind me barging in" he said sitting at the piano playing Beethoven 5th symphony "You like Beethoven too?" I asked "Yea, my grandma used to play him when I was little she teaches me how to play the piano" Jake said wow we had something else in common. He continued to play as I followed his tone, we sounded amazing together then Mrs. Green the music teacher and a couple of Jakes team mates came in and seen us playing amazingly together. When we finished all we heard were applause "Amazing you to I never heard anyone play as you both do together with such passion" Mrs.Green said handing us a piece of paper saying for us both to compete with other musical schools one lucky school would win 1,000 dollars for more instruments. "Think about it then give me a call" she said walking into her office.

Jake took a shower in the locker room before taking me home in his black Range Rover he got for his 15th birthday which I unbelievable for a 15 yr to get an expensive car or any car but Jake had straight A's and some B's all I got were Stuttering C's all semester.

We finally reached my house I could tell by his face expression he couldn't believed that I lived in a huge mansion with maids and butlers. "This is were you stay?" he asked I thought he would remember it he did spend the nigh but I guess he didn't 'REALLY' look at it. "Um.. Yea me and Kelly, Hey thanks for the ride" I said opening the door, "No problem but are you going to compete in that thing Mrs.Green gave us?" he asked "If you are then I'll do it bye see you tomorrow" I said closing the door "I guess were in then, bye" jakes said driving off.

As I wave goodbye turning away towards the door opening it slowly I couldn't help but feel someone staring at me from the other side of the street I turned my head and I couldn't believe who decided to show there face.
