Chapter 2: Spilled Secrets

Y/n pov:

I took a deep breath as I prepared myself to meet my new class. I never liked standing in front of people. Honestly if there was someone I knew, I'd feel a lot better. Suddenly my thoughts went to that girl from this morning.

"Tsuyu Asui..." I thought to myself. Be really nice to have someone like her in the class.

"Why? So you can think how cute she is?" Zwei said in a mocking tone.

"Zwei get out of my mind..." I grumbled.

"Don't worry I am. No need to see those dirty thoughts you'll think of that girl" Zwei retorted.

Before I could defend myself, a voice suddenly came from the room.

"All right you can come in already" Mr. Aizawa's voice ordered.

I take one last breath and headed inside to confront my new classmates. I walk in and stand by Mr. Aizawa's desk.

"H-hey there everyone. I'm Y/n L/n. It's a pleasure to meet you." I said as I bowed.

As I stood up again, I notice a certain girl. I couldn't believe it. She was in my class. Tsuyu was really in my class. We made eye contact for a split second till she looked away. It occurred tp me that I never answered her question from earlier. Better now than never I guess.

"In case you guys are wondering, my quirk is called shadow wolf. And this-" I summoned Zwei in one thought. "Is my partner Zwei."

Zwei gave them a small bow and pulled back his teeth, baring his teeth.

"W-what are you doing summoning a dangerous creature like that?!" shouted a purple haired boy.

"Dangerous?" I asked with a confused look. "How's he dangerous? He's only smiling."

By the looks they were giving, I could tell they weren't exactly convinced. Zwei looked back me with a cocky smirk and reverted back into my shadow.

"All right if you're done, please take that empty seat over there" Mr. Aizawa said in a tired tone.

As I looked for the desk, I noticed that it was right beside Tsuyu. I begin to walk towards it, I past a bird faced boy. As I walk by him, we made eye contact for split second and I could have sworn he was glaring at me.

I take a seat and I take a quick glance at Tsuyu. Luckily she's looking down at her notebook but she looks...stiff and her face seems to be red.

"Now that that's done with, I have some announcements" Mr. Aizawa said, snapping me back to reality. "Today we'll be heading to a off site facility. You can wear your hero costume if you'd like or you can wear your gym uniforms. Now get to changing."

Since I don't have a hero costume yet, I head towards the boy's locker room.

"H-hey t-there Y/n" a shaky voice called out from behind.

I turn to see a green haired boy with freckles walking behind me. I wait up till he has caught up with me and we continue to walk.

"Oh um h-hi" I replied. "And y-you are?"

"O-oh I'm I-Izuku M-Midoriya" he said stuttering his words. He's worse than me.

We continued our walk as he told me everything that has happened before I showed up. He did begin to mutter at times which was a bit uncomfortable but he seemed like a good person.

"So will you like to sit with me and my friends on the bus?" Izuku asked me.

"Oh w-well...sure I guess" I replied. I wasn't really comfortable around people but being a hero means being around people.
