When I turned around... there stood Prince Wifred.

(Oh...)

I was so shocked that I couldn't speak for a moment.

Wilfred: "Perhaps I am not your type?"

When he asked me that, but his face expressionless. I startled back to my senses and smiled.

Regina: "N-No, I am honored!"

As flustered, I took Prince Wilfred's hand and uneasiness quickly swept over me.

Regina: "Oh, but, I..."

I got the feeling the people around us were staring daggers at me. But I glared at the people who was startled as being feared.

(And I've never danced before... I can't remember... but I miss my father so much...)

Just then, his face eased.

(W-What??)

Wilfred: "...It's okay."

Wilfred: "I'll lead you."

As being held as if in an embrace, my heart gradally quickened. His hand in mine was warm and gentle. While expressionless. His calming gaze somehow made me feel safe.

Regina: "Alright."

As Prince Wilfred danced with me, he adjust our movements to match the song that was playing.

Wilfred: "Yes, that's right. Just follow my lead."

My heart beat frantically as he whispered the words to me.

(Prince Wilfred...)

After the dancing one song, he released me from his embrace without a word. Then, still holding my hand and he bowed gracefully. The shrieks of excited women could be heard all around us.

(I guess he's really popular as prince.)

I watched him as I considered, and he gave a small laugh.

Wilfred: "...What is it?"

(Woah!?)

As with my heart beating fast and I shooked my head.

Regina: "N-No, it was nothing. Um, thank you very much."

As I said, I bowed my head and he laughed as he let go of my hand.

Wilfred: "No. Thank you."

I could feel the of his hand and his stare linger. As I watched him leave, but I felt a strange feeling wash over me.
