Sanchana's POV:

When I woke up I felt a mixed of emotions like relieved, guilty and most importantly happy. Relived and happy is that, Kishore didn't rape me and guilty because even after him telling me truth I shouted at him. Too much of stress made me to burst it out on him.

Today with a determination of apologizing to him, I woke up to find him missing. Maybe he went out for jogging? I checked the time, it was 8 o clock, definitely he wouldn't go jogging at this time. I asked Uncle and Aunty, they said that he went to meet his old friend and would come after one week.

Did I cross the limit so that, he went out of home because me?

I sighed. I called him, but he didn't pick up.

I thought of texting how I feel, but changed my mind. I wanted to talk to him face to face and clear misunderstanding. Text would always create problem.

You could have told me that you are going to your friend's house. We need to talk about what happened yesterday. Will talk to you when you come home.

Okay.

I frowned at the message. Just okay? I wanted to talk to him ask him many questions, but I know he won't answer me properly. As I said, let him come home, then I will talk to him.

More the days passed, more I started to become guilty. All because of me being a short tempered!

Suddenly I got a call. I thought it was Kishore, but it was from my best friend, Oviya. We both didn't speak. I know she must be angry on me, because she doesn't know my full story.

"I am sorry, Sanchu."

"I am sorry, Ovi"

We both said at the same time. I wondered why she is saying sorry. Maybe finally she realized that she didn't give me a chance to speak my point of view, just like I did with Kishore.

"No, no, it's is my mistake. So I should only say sorry"

"No, no, it's is my mistake. So I should only say sorry"

Again, we both said at the same time. Then we both laughed for the speaking the same at the same time.

"How are you, Ovi?" I asked her.

"Miserable, for hurting you." she replied.

"Actually I hurt you Ovi. Anyone in your situ..." she cut me off, "Anyone in my situation would have listened to your side story, and wouldn't have blamed you." she completed my sentence.

"Hey, it's not like that." I tried to take the blame. Because if I had told the truth at beginning itself, then none of the problem would have happened.

"No, Sanchu, let me speak, I was very rude to you on that day. I should have stayed with you and consoled you for Ajay's action. Instead, I accused you and ran off. I am sorry Sanchu. I was not there, when you needed me. I am so sorry" he started to cry.

Long story in short, she was abandoned by her husband. She was devastated when she came to know that her husband married another girl and left her alone with her child. That's when my father came into picture. My father wanted to help her, but situation made her to think that my father is trying to kill her and her daughter, so she ran off. That's when I met her, I prevented her from committing suicide. She still assumed that my father is after her, but she didn't knew that I am his daughter. Recently only I came to know that, the person she is running from and my father are same. But I didn't clear the misunderstanding fearing of losing her.
