Chapter 6: Young Master Yin, and her mother, what do we know about Yin?

It was a while. I landed on the ground, letting Gohan follow.

"What's that?"

It was a large house.

"A place where I can solve my problems."

I knocked on the door. A servant opened it.

"Ah. Master Yin."

He bowed his head.

"I'm here to see my mother."

"Ah. She is quite busy, in her large library."

"This is urgent."

"May I ask the boy next to you?"

"My friend's son. His mother stopped taking care of him. He's here on my behalf. I need to ask my mother some questions."

"Come in. Let me tell her you're here."

I nodded, stepping in.

"Ah! Master Yin! Welcome back."

A maid bowed her head to me.

"What is this place," Gohan asked.

"I'll explain soon."

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah. Don't worry. We'll be safe here."

"Now presenting Her Majesty."

I looked up. I saw her walking down the steps slowly. Age has not caught up to her. She looked over to see me.

"Yin."

I bowed my head.

"Mom."

I motioned for Gohan to bow. He did so.

"Rise, both of you."

We stood up straight. Mom walked towards me, pulling me into a slow, but tight hug. I hugged her back.

"That bastard isn't with you, is he?"

"No Mom. I came straight here first."

She let me go. She looked over at Gohan.

"Who is this? A child? Is this child yours?"

"No. This is my friend's son. You remember Goku, yes?"

"Ah. The rowdy boy. This is his son?"

"Gohan studies very hard. He's much unlike his father."

"I see. Why have you come Yin? It's much less a rarity to see you, unless you count those pictures in your letters."

"I... need help."

I looked down.

"I feel like my world has fallen apart," I sighed.

"I see... Gerard. Set the table. We're having new guests for dinner."

I looked up at her.

"Yes ma'am."

"Thank you, Gerard," I nodded to him.

"Of course, ma'am."

"Clarissa, find my daughter and her son some new clothes."

"He's not my-."

"Then why take him in?"

I stared at her.

"I-I see."

I nodded.

"Right away. Follow me this way Master Yin."
