Carl's POV

Logan and I were just sitting on the steps and we saw mom and Beth coming with crutches from Hershel. We stood and watched Hershel get out and use the crutches and he was doing so well at it.

And Hershel wanted to go for a stroll so we followed him and watched him.

We were all outside and I nudged Logan to ask Hershel something.

"You're ready to race Hershel?" Logan asked.

"Give me another day and I will take you and your brother on" Hershel said.

We both laughed.

We all were looking at each other and then Logan heard walkers.

"Walkers look out??!" I yelled.

Everyone came running to rescue us from the walkers and Logan and I took charge and started shooting at them.

Maggie got Mom, Logan and me to safety in the prison.
We were running to find safety. And mom couldn't keep up with us.

"Can you keep up?"'Maggie asked.

"Something's not right." Lori said.

"Are you bit?" I asked.

"No, no, no.I think the baby's coming." Lori said.

"Mom?" Logan asked.

"No, there's no time!" Maggie said.

We all tried to find a way out and I found a room.

"In here! Okay." I said.

We stood there for a moment.
"What are those alarms?" Lori asked.

"Don't worry about it." Maggie said.

"What if it attracts them?" I asked.

"Lori, let's lay you down." Maggie suggested.

"No-- the baby's coming now." Lori said.
I was worried and so was Logan.

"We have to get back to our cell block to have Hershel help." Logan said.

"We can't risk getting caught out there.
You're gonna need to give birth to this baby here." Maggie said.

"Great." Lori said and she was breathing weird.

"What is she doing?" I asked.

"Can't she breathe?" Logan asked.

"She's fine Twins. Come here-- let's get your pants off. Okay." Maggie said.
Logan and I looked away a little it was weird.
Maggie looked at us.

"You're gonna need to help deliver your brother or sister. You up for it?" Maggie asked.

We both looked at her and we both nodded our head yes.

"All right, let me see if its dilated." Maggie said.

"Okay." Lori said.

"Do you know how?" I asked.

"Dad taught me, but trust me, it's my first time.
I can't tell." Maggie said.

"I gotta push." Lori said.

"Okay." Maggie said

"I gotta push." Lori said.
Whew whew Somebody! - I'm okay, I'm okay.
I'm okay." Lori said.

"Okay.You're doing great, Lori.
Just keep doing it.Your body knows what to do.
Let it do all the work. You're doing great." Maggie said.

Mom was in pain and then Maggie said. "Lori something wrong stop pushing" Maggie and her hand was bloody and my sister was all woozy and almost fainted but I just put my hat on her to make her feel she was brave like dad. And she stopped acting woozy from all of it and gave my hat back.
