Chapter 17

Eijiro

"1-A's Kirishima was crushed!!"
Present mic gasps before Eijiro bursts out of the robot
"Dead? As if!" Eijiro yells before looking around in thought
'That bastard Torodoki! Timing their fall like that! Where is (y/n)? Please let her be ok' Eijiro thinks with his teeth clenched
BURST!
Eijiro looks to the side to see a kid made of steel breathing heavily beside him
"I'D BE DEAD IF I WEREN'T ME!!" The kid yells as he tries to recover from being crushed
"Whoa the dude from 1-B" Eijiro comments in surprise
"CLASS B'S TETSUTETSU WAS ALSO FLATTENED! OUCH!"  Present mic yells making Eijiro's eyes go wide
"TETSUTETSU!!," He yells before running off "crap crap crap!! She has a brother?! Why didn't she tell me!"
"COPYCAT!!" Tetsutetsu yells as he realizes that Eijiro practically has the same quirk

"What is this?" You gasp at the surrounding cliffsides and the pillars of land
"THE FALL!" Present mic yells so you sigh
"Thanks" then rush to balance yourself on the ropes since you would be able to catch yourself with no problem
"My babies!!" You hear one of the support people yell as you near the end of the obstacle all together
"Great others!"
"The leaders of the pack move on undaunted!!" Blares over the speakers as Torodoki starts running again and you touch the final stretch of land
"Not so fast!!" Bakugo yells making you look behind yourself and take notice to the teen blasting himself towards you and Torodoki
'Damn he doesn't let up!'
You push yourself further until
"THE FINAL BARRIER IS THE MINEFIELD!-" you ignore the rest though since the rest isn't as needed as the beginning
"Welp nothing better to do than look for uneven terrain and avoid it!" You call as you increase your running pace and manage to pass Torodoki
BOOM!
"And that would be Bakugo" you sigh knowing that he would be the idiot to use his quirk in a minefield
"HAHA THIS CRAP CAN'T SLOW ME DOWN!!' Bakugo yells so you look behind you to see that he has passed Torodoki and is near passing you
"YOUR DECLARATIONS OF WAR WAS TO THE WRONG PERSON!" Bakugo yells looking from a Torodoki to you with an angered look
"Damn it!" Your voice's echo can be heard in the arena as you run the fastest anyone has seen you run, it's enough to keep you in first head Bakugo fights for second with Torodoki
BOOOOM!
The explosion distracts you and the boys as Mirdoriya flies overhead and takes his spot on the lead
"WHAT THE HELL MIDORIYA!!' You scream as you continue running but Bakugo blasts himself ahead of you out of anger at the green haired boy
"DEKU GET THE HELL BACK HERE!" Bakugo screams as ice appears on the ground under you and you slip so Torodoki jumps over you
"C'mon!!" Eijiro yells as he hoists you up by the back of your bra but all he cares about is helping you to the end
"We start this together we end it together!" Eijiro yells as he runs with you in front of him
"Why the hell are you touching my sister!!" Tetsutetsu yells in annoyance
"(Y/N) Tetsutetsu is in ninth place, Eijiro Kirishima in tenth, Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu is in eleventh" is announced as you and the boys exit the arena and you fall to the ground and punch it
"Damn it!! I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO BETTER!!" You scream, angered with yourself which surprises your brother but doesn't faze Eijiro in a way that he can't help
"Time to get up" Eijiro tells you as he takes your hand and pulls you up and takes your shirt out of his pocket
"We can't win them all (y/n), I'm just happy we got to finish together" Eijiro tells you as he places your shirt on your shoulders and you run to hug him
"I tried so hard, I was so close. It's not fair" you cry so Eijiro sighs and returns the hug and digs his nose into your hair
"The top forty three from the qualifying round will carry on!! But for the ones who placed lower don't worry! We've got another way for you to show what you are made of!" Midnight announces as Tetsutetsu watches in shock of you crying in the arms of some kid he just met and that practically has the same quirk as him
"And now the main selection is going to begin!! The press corps are going to be jumping out of their seats so give it all you've got!!," Midnight yells before gesturing towards the screen "Now to the second event and I already know what it is of course, it is the Calvary battle!!"
"C'mon everything is going to be great! Ok?" Eijiro tells you as you finally calm down from the stress and put your shirt back on
"Let's go show them what we are made of" Eijiro tells you so you nod and look onto midnight as she gives the rules of the event, your hand still remains entertained with Eijiro's and the both of your focus only remains on each other when everyone sends glares towards Midoriya's way

A/N: Hello everyone! Because of some summer tasks and internet restrictions (caused by my dad *sigh*) I will update on every Wednesday I can or maybe Tuesday if I'm feeling excited but yeah here is the system that I hope will not be broken unless I decide to update two days a week.
