Aphrodite laid on her queen sized bed , legs swinging back and forth . She typed on her laptop , finishing the paragraph she has started a day prior , for her literature class in College .
Her phone vibrated beside her , she picked it and laughed ;
Princeton : you up ma She responded ,
Aphrodite. : yes why ?
Princeton : can I call you , I liked talking to you last night .
Last night they talked for hours about their dreams and ambitions .
Aphrodite. : um yeah I guess .
Soon she had an incoming call ,
"Hello ?" She spoke through her phone ,
"Wassup ma ? " Princeton said as he released smoke from his mouth .
"Nothing , I'm typing up this paper for my literature class ."
"Oh you in highschool ?"
"No , college ."
"That's wassup ."
She smiled to herself , she put the phone on speaker and closed the tabs on her computer.
"What you doing ?" She asked
"I'm on my balcony , smoking "
She scrunched her nose up ,
"A cigarette ?"
"Nah , ion do that . A blunt ma ."
"Oh ."
Aphrodite walked over to her closet and looked through her tons of clothes .

"Yes ?"
"What you doing at 2 ?"
"Nothing that I know of- "
"Can we meet up , I wanna get to know you some more."
It was now 1 o'clock .
"Um , sure where ?"
"Let's go to lil mama's ."
Lil Ma's was a nice little sea food and soul food buffet across the way.
"Ok , I'll met you there ."
"Alright , ma see you soon ."
He hung up and Aphrodite let a breath out she didn't know she was holding , his voice was so , she didn't even know how to explain it . He made her nervous .
She reached in her closet and pulled out three sundresses one baby blue , the other yellow , and one white with pink flowers .
"Dawn !" He groaned and got up from his bed , he walked down the hall way and into her room .
