Tia's POV

I overshot. Because of course I did. Insert mental face-palm here. Instead of landing with the rest of my team, I crashed into the middle of Steve's team. Slow clap for my 'incredible' aiming skills.

"SHOOT!" I yelped, as I essentially body-slammed Wanda and Bucky, sending all three of us toppling to the ground. I mean... I still scared them, does that count?

"What the fu-?" Sam's voice said from somewhere off to my left.

"Language, Sam. There are kids here," Steve piped up automatically.

Oiiiiii, Peter and I aren't 'kids'!

"I'm so, so sorry!" I clamoured, scrambling off a very confused Wanda and a furious-looking Bucky, "I swear I didn't mean to land here."

"Why are there so many new people running around now?" Clint complained, "It's hard to keep track of you all."

"Uh, you're all awesome..." I mumbled, slowly edging back towards the rest of my team (most of which were face-palming), "I wish I could get a photo with you guys, I'm a huge fan... Um... Bye, and sorry in advance if I set you on fire."

Spinning on my heel, I sprinted over to my team.

"You just-" Tony began irritably.

"I know!" I wailed, "It was an accident! I still gave them a scare, though! That's got to count for something!"

"Priorities, you guys..." Natasha reminded us. Steve's team had evidently decided that they, in fact, still had to get to the aircraft behind us, and were now picking up speed again.

"Heads up!" Peter shouted.

Then, the two teams collided.

I was grinning stupidly, having flashbacks to the movie and how awesome it had looked then... And I got blasted backwards by Sam inconveniently firing a small explosive device at the ground in front of my feet.

At this point, I had to rely on my movie knowledge to remember who was taking on who. I knew Tony had gone straight for Steve (I could also hear him swearing through my earpiece), T'Challa had undoubtedly attacked Bucky, I'm pretty sure Natasha was judo-flipping Scott while Peter swung around at top speed trying to avoid all the arrows Clint was firing and the cars Wanda was throwing everywhere again. Seriously, why were there this many cars in a deserted airport?!

Time to be helpful!

I took a couple steps backwards, then sprinted full-tilt towards Clint. At the last second, I pushed off the ground, deftly flipping past the bowman. Unfortunately, he avoided my high kick with ease, and jerked his arm up to notch an arrow at me.
Without pausing for another one of my weird thought sequences, I pulled out a small, cubed box from my belt and flung it as hard as I could at the sandy-haired archer.
To my relief, Clint involuntarily snatched it from the air before it could hit him, a sudden look of alarm darting across his face as he fumbled with the small opening hatch.

Looks like Natasha wasn't joking when she told me about Clint's natural instinct to check for hidden explosive devices! I thought cheerily. I patted my belt to find something else I could throw. My hands rested on a small-scale pole. I quickly unattached it from its resting place and held it ready, carefully watching Clint finally manage to flick the hatch open. The apprehension on his face morphed into relieved surprise.

"Huh?" He said, brows furrowed in confusion, "This is empty-"

"YEET!" I screeched, throwing the short pole at Clint with all the strength I could muster the moment he looked up at me. The pole somersaulted through the air (rather majestically, I may add), and slammed directly into Clint's face. He stumbled backwards and tripped over a chunk of debris, cursing loudly.

"IT WORKED!" I celebrated, dancing in a circle.

"JUST. YES!" Peter cheered, barely able to speak through his clearly audible laughter. He swung past me, and we high-fived, laughing maniacally (and ignoring Rhodey's comment of; "Tony, what the hell is wrong with your new kids?!").

"Why did I bring them along...?" Tony's voice muttered. Natasha, on the other hand, was having to lean on Scott for support due to the fact that she was laughing so hard at Clint (Scott, too, now that I look closer, was giggling).

T'Challa leaped away from Bucky, staring at Peter and I, then at Tony, "That settles it. Don't ever introduce them to Shuri."

"IT WILL HAPPEN SOME DAY!" I insisted. T'Challa didn't reply, and I realised he had gone back to fighting.

"Then why did you run?" His voice growled suddenly through the earpiece. Ooohhh... Bucky must've told him that he didn't set the bomb...

"I dunno, T'Challa, you tell me?" I said sarcastically, "Maybe it was the fact that, y'know, soldiers with literal murder weapons were coming after him? But what do I know."

"Just stop," Came the reply. I huffed and turned back to the battle. Natasha went flying past me, away from where Wanda and Clint were. She crashed into the back of a truck and toppled to the ground.

"Nat'! Are you okay?!" I shouted, running haphazardly towards her.

"I'm fine...!" She coughed. Not after slamming into a truck you're not. I looped my arm under her shoulder and helped her to her feet.

"Thanks, now go help the others," She murmured.

"GUYS, I WEBBED HIM IN ZE LEGS!" Peter announced excitedly.

"NICE!" I yelled back. The only reply I got was a grunt, and I didn't need to look over to know Steve had dropped the huge airport ramp on him, "Pete, you alright?"

"Not really, no..!"

"Rightio, get ready to jump backwards!" I ordered, directing my steps towards where he was straining against the weight.

"Jump?! I'm under an airplane ramp!"

"I know. Combat mode 2!" I felt the familiar 'click' in my gloves and launched off the ground. With a hiss of pain, I slammed both fists into the side of the structure as hard as I could. It teetered for a moment, then toppled forwards.

Peter scrambled out from underneath, and we both lay sprawled on the ground for a moment, breathing heavily.

"Uh, that's one way to do it?" I grinned sheepishly.

"What d'you mean weapon systems offline?!" Tony's voice cut across my sentence.

"Oh, you're gonna have to take this into the shop!" Said Scott's voice.

"Who's... speaking...?" Tony sounded very confused.

"It's Scott," I snorted.

"No, it's your conscience!" Scott interrupted quickly, "We don't talk a lot these days."

There was a 'fsh'ing noise, followed by some metallic sounding thumps, then I saw Scott's tiny figure go flying out from a crack in Tony's armour, flailing his arms wildly.

"Okay, so... I think something 'big' is about to happen," I muttered, "Rogers and Barnes won't want to hang around here for too much longer."

"What do you mean 'big'?" Rhodey asked through the earpieces. I jumped to my feet, hurling a handful of fire at Clint, who rolled to avoid it. (Also, yay! I can throw fire now! Apparently, that's a thing I can do!)

"Something like..." I began. Then Scott enlarged himself into giant mode, encasing his fingers around Rhodey's legs.

"That...!" I finished. I couldn't help but suppress a smile.

"Holy shit!" Peter yelped, stumbling backwards several steps.

"Watch yo profanity!" I snickered.

Scott was laughing demonically. Okay now, Tia, don't start laughing like a maniac, too!

"OKAY. Tiny dude is big now!" Rhodey shouted in frustration, trying his hardest to escape giant Scott's grip, "HE'S BIG NOW."

"Yep, I can... see that..." Natasha's voice remarked lightly.

"Give me back my Rhodey!" Tony demanded... and immediately got kicked by Sam.

Oh yeah, and Scott threw Rhodey, too. Yeah.
