Aditi was waiting for him to pick her up. That was when she heard some footsteps yet again. Just a knock of the shoe on the floor and she knew who it was. Zain.

"Adi." She heard him say as she hummed in response.

"Everything alright? I mean its been more than an hour since you're waiting and he isn't here yet." He said, glancing in front.

"Well, I don't know." She shrugged.

Zain hummed sitting beside her.

"Tum abhi tak nahi gaye?" She asked, looking at him.

"Tum yahan ho tou mein kese ja sakta hun?" He looked into her eyes intently. She smiled, her 100 volt smile, making him fall for her all over again. He was happy to see her happy but somewhere, he wasn't sure if she was actually happy. A message buzz broke his reverie and he concluded that it was Aditi's phone. She read the message. She looked at Zain sadly who was looking everywhere except her. A lone tear rolled down her cheek and she quickly rubbed it away, before he could have a look at it. But, she failed. One look at her and he knew she had been crying.

Zain cupped her face gently, "Everything okay Adi? You're crying?" She clinged onto him, fisting his shirt, letting out the sobs and pain she had bottled up inside her from the past 4 years. He was confused, but he knew she needed him the most right now. He felt his skin getting wet and a tear itself made its way down his cheek too. He heard her say,"Hold me Zain. Please!"

That was it for him, he couldn't see her in pain. He sighed and squeezed his eyes before hugging her for his dear life.

After ages, she broke the hug, still leaning onto him in his embrace. He didn't ask anything, he knew she would tell him herself if it was for him to know."I'm sorry Zain." She spoke and began to pull herself out of his embrace but he was quick, quick enough to not let her go. He grabbed her hand and yanked her backwards. She crashed onto his chest, looking straight into his eyes. They had pain, pain of what?

She couldn't understand. Before she could ask, she heard him say,"Its okay Aditi. It happens. I don't know since when you had this bottled up in yourself, but you should be glad that you let this all out. You're a strong woman, but every now and then, you need someone to hold you close and tell you that it's going to be alright. When everything seems to be going wrong all at once, just stop and breathe. Refocus your mind and focus on one thing going right. Trust me, everything will work out." He spoke rubbing his thumb on her cheek slowly.

"You're amazing Zain." He could hear that touchy tone that she exhibited.

He chuckled,"I know I know. Now, smile?"And in return she smiled, her most heart warming smile.

"Let me drop you." He said, getting up.

"Are you sure?" She got up.

"110% sure" he smiled.

The drive to her apartment wasn't too quite. She completely forgot all of her reasons to be sad. That was the magic of Zain Imam, same as the magic of Neil Khanna! She mentally laughed at her stupid yet best friend. The time they began to near her flat, she got anxious.

"You had a fight with him?" He eyed her, twisting the side of his lips.

Aditi was startled by his sudden question, "Nah. Its no. nothing like that." The car came to a halt and he finally looked at her,"Its okay Adi. You can share it with me."

"May be some other day Zain. Anyways, Thank you."He smiled at her and she stepped out of the car before nearing the door."Message me when you reach. I'll leave." He spoke and she smiled.
