Ever since I got my braces removed, I use a retainer every night to keep my teeth aligned.
The thing is that that shit is embarrassing to have. It makes your face structure look different and you talk weird.
The most embarrassing thing is washing the retainer.

Anyway, there's also a disgusting side to wearing them. Sometimes in the middle of the night they fall out of my mouth and I just— it's gross.
I move a lot when I sleep so that kinda explains it.
