Jung Hoseok was a little fearful as they sat there, but as the other warlocks in the room were doing, he sat up straight, keeping his posture tall as the talks began between the two downworld leaders.

"I hear you are taking to building ranks?" Yoongi prompts. Alpha Si-hyuk nods and shrugs.

"We never know when war is imminent, with threats from mundanes of using arms, and the constant threat of Shadowhunters becoming bored, numbers need to be made if they can be." Si-hyuk sounds as though his logic perfect by tone, his gaze stuck to Yoongi's as they spoke.

"Building ranks by turning mundanes is exactly what causes the Shadowhunters to turn on us." Yoongi seemed like he had more to say but Si-hyuk spoke first.

"Warlock's ranks are built for them, vampire's are immortal and already have ranks of thousands. We have maybe 200 to our pack name, and you expect us to go to war with that?" Si-hyuk didn't sound angry, more like he was just curious, simply asking a question he wished to know the answer to.

"I expect you to not begin a war."

"We are not beginning a war, we are preparing, surely, Hyung, you can see that that is the best option for us when our pack is so small yet Daegu has so many people." The way Si-hyuk spoke to Yoongi seemed very pointed, anger and annoyance already seeping into his words.

"Well I propose you quickly stop, before the Shadowhunters notice."

"So what if a few hundred mundanes go missing? There's over a million in this city, you really think they'll notice?"

"Think? I know, and I know what they will do to our people when they do."

"'Our people', you mean your people, the warlocks. Because why would a immortal, magical, all powerful people like the warlocks care about the wolves?" Si-hyuk spat that sentence at Yoongi irrespectfully, and that pushed the elder over the edge. Yoongi stood quickly, causing Hoseok to jump in surprise a little while all the eyes in the room landed on the High Warlock.

"I care about the Warlocks, I care about the Werewolves, I care about the Vampires, because I am a thousand years old! I have seen first hand many times what happens when the Shadowhunters decide the downworld is getting out of hand. Downworlders die by the thousands, and the mundanes don't even become aware. The last time they hunted us the High Warlock was killed, hence why I am here now. And if he couldn't help himself, how do you suppose 2 maybe 300 wolves will survive?" Hoseok could hear it in his voice and see it in his eyes, what Yoongi had just said had brought memories back, making pain swirl in with the anger he had towards the stubborn wolf Alpha at the other end of the table.

When Hoseok looked to the wolves, he wanted to highfive Yoongi. They were all staring at him, the younger two looked almost fearful at the outlook Yoongi had painted for them, while the Alpha looked furious.

"You have until the end of the month to clean up your act, that gives you 3 days. I'm being generous." Yoongi steps put from his chair and gestures for the other two warlocks to follow. Hoseok looks between the wolves and other warlocks as he and Namjoon stand. "If I hear of you building ranks, I may just turn you into the Shadowhunters myself, Si-hyuk-ssi."

Hoseok noted the lack of respect in Yoongi voice as he spoke, opening a portal in the room right there and stepping through, grabbing Hoseok as they all vanish.
