As Kyle stood in shock, he just squeezed his sisters hand as tight has he could and didn't let go. They asked how many weeks the baby was, they told them it was 13 weeks, which meant that an abortion could be dangerous to Abby.
Kyle asked Abby who the father was, "you know who it is" she replied, but Kyle refused to admit that his niece or nephew was the child of a psychopath.
Abby began asking about her options, but the doctors told her that abortion came with many risks, and she would probably just have to give birth to the baby then give it away. Then Abby's heart sank.
