Abby and her baby were taken to hospital to be checked over, but the baby wasn't breathing, and Abby was very very scared, so the baby was taken into intensive care. The nurses asked for the babies name, Abby told them his name was Noah, after Abby and Kyle's father.
Noah was left fighting for his life. Abby had a lot to process, her best friend had just drowned and died, he so called friend tried to kill her, she had given birth and her baby was in intensive care. Within the space of an hour, Kyle had made his way to the hospital, and was sat by his sisters bed side.
Abby was shaking a lot and kept asking about baby Noah's whereabouts, but the doctors paid no attention to her. Abby and Kyle hated the idea of Noah being pocked and prodded. Kyle was trying to call their father to tell him about his new grandson, but there was no reply.
Kyle and Abby had no idea that there dad was dead at the hands of Evie and was rotting away in an apartment in the centre of the city. Abby spent the time waiting for news on Noah telling Kyle about Evie's betrayal.
Kyle wanted to kill Evie, he didn't care that it would make him a murderer, he wanted her dead, that woman nearly killed his sister and his nephew, and he didn't know it yet but his dad too! They had been sat in the hospital waiting area for hours before they heard anything on Noah.
The nurses told Abby and Kyle that Noah might not make it through the night, and that his lungs had collapsed so he needed life saving surgery, and he needed it urgently. Abby felt like she had been at the hospital a lot in the last year, and it scared her that she'd had two crazy people in her life, but then it occurred to her that maybe it wasn't a coincidence.
She realised that maybe Alex and Evie had been working together, Abby's stomach turned at the just the thought of Evie and Alex working together.
