Chapter 16: New Manager

**Tris Pov**
Okay so once we got back. I unpacked and went to sleep. I never missed 'home' so much.

I wake the next morning and take a shower.

I finally convinced them to let me wear Tan Skinny jeans. But. They said that I would have to wear the green shirt that stops 1 inch away from my belly button.

So I throw that on with my Jordan's.

I straighten my hair and do a simple make up with pink lip gloss.

I put my name tag on and Change my earrings, Belly Ring, and Tongue ring green.

I go down stairs singing the song from sleeping beauty. Once Upon A Dream. While dancing around.

"What's up with you?"Tobias asks.

"Nothing"I giggle.

"She must have the flu"Marlene says

"Nope. Anything different?"I ask.

"Umm..Your lip gloss is pinker than usual"Al says getting a glare from Tobias.

"Why were you looking at her lips?"Tobias says.

"Because. It's like wearing red lipstick. It's going to stand out. Duh"he says

"Not if your no-" I cut Tobias off.

"I'm wearing a new uniform"I dance around.

Everyone makes an 'o' shaped mouth.

Then everyone congratulates me.

I head to work. And Shauna leaves to go to work as well. Everyone else goes to work later.

When I get there. I go straight to the cashier.

After I ring people up a man about 25 comes up to me.

"Hello. My name is Derrick. I'm the new manager. You are?"he says extending his hand.

I shake it.

"Tris" I say trying to pull my hand back but he has a strong grip.

I finally pull my hand back.

"That's a nice name"he says smiling.

"Thanks"I Say.

He looks me up and Down and walks away.

Then Channing Comes.

"Hey" he says

"Hello" I say as I ring his stuff up.

"Nice seeing you again"he says as he leaves.

"You too" I say.

~Time Skip~
It's finally the end of the day.

Once I get home.

I get a text.

I go upstairs and hear bed springs. ~pukes~

I hurry and change into black knee length Yoga pants with a black sweatshirt. And pack a bag.

I put some vans on and go to Tobias which is not far.

I knock on his door and he opens it up.

I go in and set my stuff down.

"Hey" I say as I sit on his counter.

"Hey how was work?"he asks.

"Good"I say. "How about you?"i ask

Tobias works as a physical therapist.

"I think I might change to a medical assistant. I mean I did go to college and graduate"i say as Tobias stands in between my legs.

"Whatever you feel is right"he says as he kisses me. I kiss back.

First the kiss is slow and passionate then it turns fast and demanding.

My shirt almost comes off but. We decide to watch a movie.

When the movie is over. I decide to take a bath. My back hurts really bad for standing ALL day.

I go upstairs into his huge bathroom.

I turn on his 2 person Jet tub.

I put some scented soap. It turns out really bubbly.

I undress and get in. I put my hair in a messed up bun and grab my waterproof iPod and headphones.

I turn on Kiss by Prince.

I sink into the hot bubbles and elevate my feet.

Once Tris runs upstairs. I turn off the Tv and finish washing our ice cream bowls.

Then I turn the lights off and go upstairs.

I see the door is cracked.

I take off my shirt and pants. Just as I'm about to put my sweatpants on I hear faint singing.

I look through the crack and see Tris relaxing and singing. With the lights dim

I open the door wider and lean on the sink.

She looks at me and blush.

I chuckle.

"You have a nice voice" I say.

"No I don't"she says

I scoff and roll my eyes. I sit on the end of the tub.

"Are you okay?"i ask her.

"My back hurts from standing"she says

"Awe. My poor baby"i say

"Oh gosh"she mumbles and goes under the bubbles the only thing that's out is her legs.

She comes back up.

"That was dumb"She says rubbing her eyes "and why are you in boxers"she adds.

"Well I was changing but I herd you singing"I say

She nods.

"You can leave now" I say

"Nah I rather stay" I say as I 'accidentally' fall into the tub with her.

We have a bubble war. But.......that soon changed.
