Chapter 29 - King Moon Pack

Amelia's pov

So my brother wants to combine the packs we'd be stronger yes but can the Kings Pack handle it. I mean Alex's pack is new fashioned while Maximus's pack is old fashioned. Alex's pack has a lot of gay couples while Maximus's pack has mostly straight couples. Now could the Silvermoon pack handle the move for sure. But the vampires that live near us will be thrown for a loop.

Uncle Ben leads his clan over there and everyone gotten use to it but I'm not sure if Maximus's pack can handle being near vampires. I tried to make a point but they said they would discuss it later. But around 5 this evening I'll become part of this pack. Not fully as there Luna but as the soon to be Luna.

Oh may I say it's 4:30 pm and now I'm nervous.

"You're gonna have to change sis."

"Alex stop you make me wanna jump off a bridge. What are you thinking giving up your title as alpha of Silvermoon pack?"

"I don't want it never really have. What I do know is that it's what our pack needs."

"No its not what your pack needs it's what you want yourself to think they need. What about uncle Ben's clan?"

"I've already talked to him. They said they were all willing to move if that's what I decided my pack needed."

"You're really serious about this."

"Yes I am. I can't have that stress of alpha duties it would be a short time and I would have a panic attack so bad that it will kill me. Tam's words not mine."

"Shit did you tell Levi that?"

"Yes as well as Maximus and mom and dad. At first it scared the shit out of mom and dad wanted to lock me in a tower to make sure it didn't happen. But they gave me the title and then we got attack. Dad told me to run and for now until I give my pack to Maximus then he will protect me. I asked the pack if they were okay with there alpha giving the pack to someone else who wasn't part of this pack but was the Alpha king. They were fine with it. They want me to be happy and are fine with accepting whatever happens."

"Fine. You win. I support your decision for your pack."

"Thank you sis."

"You do realize I'll be your Luna right?"

"I'm not calling you that anytime soon got that."

"I understand but eventually you'll have too."

"Okay whatever. But seriously you need to change this is a formal event. Let's pick out a different outfit."

"All my good clothes are at the top three's house. I've only got quick clothes here."

"Well get the key and let's go."

"Ky."

I walked into Maximus's office.

"Hey hun can I get into the old pack house. If I remember right you put all my stuff there right?"

"Yeah why?"

"Alex says I need to look more formal."

"Okay but I much prefer you to stay in my clothes."

"I know I'll change back into this after. But just for the ceremony."

"Fine. Tell your brother I have the contract written when he's ready."

He hands me a set of keys.

"I'm half shift and walk there. It's the old castle like building right?"

"Yep all stone. Well other then the modern door."

"Okay. Love you. See you at 4:50."

"Okay be careful."
