As you know, I had summer workouts today, I've gotten a bit out if shape and I overworked myself in the main workouts. I was fine after sitting down for what felt like ten minutes, so there is no need to worry, I'm just fine.
I have to go to my cousin's third birthday party tomorrow so the next chapter will be a bit late.
