so i've been thinking about doing the jimin diet. i'm so overweight and i've tried everything.

i've noticed when i don't eat i lose weight. so maybe...if i just don't eat as often...

idk. just don't come in my dms or comment saying shit how i shouldn't and stuff. if i decide to, it's my choice.

i'm not posting this for attention. i'm just expressing my feelings since i have no one else to go too.

edit: i'm not doing the full intensity of the diet, but i am eating less. i get this feeling in my stomach when i'm hungry and i hate it so i'll just snack throughout the day. i promise i won't over do it :)

another edit: i plan on starting it tomorrow. i'll have a banana, 1/4 cup of honey roasted peanuts, water and some orange juice but not a lot. maybe i'll have a sandwich every few days. i'm doing a horse program which requires me to do a lot of exercise and school is starting soon so i don't have to worry about exercising.

another edit pt.2: fuck it i'll just start dancing and watching what i eat. ps to everyone who is thinking about doing it, i recommend you watch lucy lou's video where she did the jimin diet for 10 days. after you watch that, it's up to you. but diets like that really effect your body in negative ways. so be cautious please.
