Meliodas X Reader: Journey of (Y/n) with the 7 Deadly Sins and 10 Commandments

Ch. 5 Awake

(To ten commandments)
Zeldris POV

When Meliodas attempted to touch (y/n), I was in his behind. After ten minutes, he abruptly vanished. I shifted positions and sat next to (y/n). After some time, it appeared as though she were breathing... 'Yes, that's correct. It was amazing; she is now breathing.' She immediately opened her eyes and sat up straight. Her eyes seemed dead to me. I didn't assume it would be that way.

After a few seconds, I found myself trembling as a result of the tremendous quantity of force returning to her. It put pressure on me while she recovered entirely from it.I then held her and advised her to ease up, which she did. Then I felt arms around me. I caught a glimmer of it. (y/n) is returning my embrace. We stayed like this for quite some time. Because the immense strength I was feeling had weakened, I pulled back. (y/n)'s (f/c) eyes had returned to normal. I wiped the tears that were streaming down her cheeks. Then she said quietly, "Zel...Zeldris."I stated "Yo! (Y/N) welcome back," and then the room became silent. We were just sitting there, staring at each other. I was about to ask (Y/N) what was wrong with her when she abruptly leaned in closer. I got up thinking, 'What is she attempting to do? ' Then her lips were too close to mine, but she burst out laughing and stepped back. She is still giggling. 'I'm not sure what she's trying to achieve,' she continues, pausing to chuckle. "What are you thinking about Zeldris? A kiss? Hah, its not a kiss at all."

"Kiss? What is that?" I wondered. "What you don't know what the meaning of a kiss is? Okay, then a kiss is that when your lips are pressed onto something like the forehead, cheeks, nose, and mouth... the touch or pressing of one's lips against another person or an object," she concluded with a smile. "Ah, so that's the meaning of it," I replied as I leaned in closer to (y/n). She retreated until I was close to her. Then I kissed her cheek. I overheard (y/n) ask, "Zeldris? What was that for?" I responded, "Friendship," and she giggled. "It's time to get yourself up and appear before everyone, although they know you're awake," I stated as she just nodded in response.

Meliodas POV

We fled the holy land. I'm wondering if (y//n)'s going to wake up. Elizabeth was beside me, studying me, then asked, "Meliodas-sama, your thinking too much. It would be bad for you." I answered, "Ah! Okay." But then, in a split second, we all felt an overwhelming amount of power; it was stronger than the ten commandments. I know Diane, Ban, and Escanor felt this type of force, also the humans all throughout the world.

We were all shivering and quivering with anxiousness when Elizabeth grabbed my shoulder, and after some time, the energy we felt disappeared. Everyone is calm now, so King asked me, "Meliodas, who do you think is that? having such a great overwelming of power?" I replied, "I have no doubt, but it was (y/n)... She wakes up from her slumber." I'm really glad that she's awake. Elizabeth questioned, "So her name is (y/n) your childhood friend that you were talking about when we were in the sacred land?"

I replied, "Yep! She is." King asked, "Then that kind of power? Why impulsively disappeared?" I responded, "It is possible that the power did not actually disappear impulsively, but rather (Y/n) intentionally sealed it away to prevent any potential harm or loss of control." Then I lower my head, my bangs covering my eyes as I stared unto the ground, yet Merlin approached me and said, "Cheer up, captain. (Y/n) is already awake. No need to be down." I responded, "You're right, Merlin. It's time to face whatever comes next. We'll find (Y/n) and bring her to our side. Together, we'll overcome any challenges that come our way." King smiled at my words, and I could feel the hope and determination coursing through our group. 

With a renewed sense of purpose, we set off on our quest to find (Y/n) and unlock the true potential within her. I could feel the weight of Merlin's words sinking in. (Y/n) was finally awake. The thought of seeing her again after all this time brought a surge of hope and anticipation coursing through my veins. I couldn't help but feel a renewed sense of purpose, knowing that she was back and that we would face whatever challenges lay ahead together. As the wind brushed across my cheeks, I thought, 'Wait for me (Yn), I'm coming for you.'

Elizabeth's POV

'Meliodas genuinely smiled—a smile that I've never seen before. It's too warm and also reaches everyone's hearts. I flushed and averted my eyes, but I couldn't figure out why he was grinning so broadly. I couldn't tell for whom he was smiling since it felt so far away. I didn't understand the purpose of that smile, but soon I felt a sharp pang within my heart. I shouldn't be like this. Be steadfast, Elizabeth. Never let my feelings overwhelm you. I must fight this.' 

I must remind myself that Meliodas is the captain of the Seven Deadly Sins, a powerful warrior who carries the weight of the world on his shoulders. My emotions should not distract me from my duty as a princess and a member of the Holy Knights. I must focus on the task at hand and not let myself be consumed by these unfamiliar feelings. I will stand strong and fulfill my responsibilities, even if it means pushing away the confusion and longing that his smile has stirred within me. 

After that, everyone proceeded on to the next destination.
