At lunch, all they could talk about was Kurt.

"What do you think happened? Why is he so bruised?" Jeff asked. Nobody knew.

"I just feel bad. It's my fault that they all saw it." Nick said moodily, stabbing at his lunch with a fork.

"But that's a good thing, right? He needs help, and since he won't ask, this is the first step." Jeff attempted to cheer Nick up.

Blaine spoke up. "He used to be so happy... he was filled with joy. I feel bad, but not for breaking up with him. He was already heading towards this before we broke up. I'm worried about him."

"He quit the Warblers." Thad said unexpectedly. "Wes got a letter of resignation from him."

"But he loves singing! This doesn't make any sense!" Blaine exclaimed, frustrated.

"I should invite him to game night." Jeff said unexpectedly.

"Why, so you can trick him into tell you what's wrong?" Thad asked.

"No, to have fun. To show him that we're here for him. I don't think any of us have something against him beside the whole cheating-on-Blaine thing, and if Blaine can forgive him from this then so can we."

"You know, that's a good idea, Jeff." Blaine said.
