We arrived at our hotel suite and lemme just say, I can live in NYC forever. It's my type of city.
"Girl bye you gon hate it once we get stuck in traffic". Cassie rolled her eyes.
"You right as hell". I agreed.
We settled in and then we got hungry.
"What we gon eat?". I asked them.
"Ooh let's go to Magnolia's Bakery. I always wanted to go there". Cassie suggested.
"Bet. Let's go". I grabbed the rental car keys.
We got in the 2019 Subaru Ascent.
"This car is sexy as hell. I'll be sure to buy this when I get back home". I said.
"Damn you rolling like that?". Dre looked to me.
"I been rolling like that baby". I winked.
"My best friend smooth as fuck". Cassie chuckled.
Thirty minutes later we pulled up to the bakery.
"This parallel parking shit ain't for me". I rolled my eyes.
I parked crookedly and got out.
"I see why you ass ain't get cho license till you was damn near seventeen". Cassie laughed at my parking.
"Shorty please tell me that ain't true". Dre held in a laugh.
"Yeah yeah laugh it up. Just remember I'm the one driving us back to the hotel". I smirked.
"Oh fuck no! Dre she finna kill us". Cassie yelled.
"Bro shorty chill we was just playing". He pulled me into a hug.
"Yeah. That's what I fucking thought". I pushed him back.
We went inside and the smell of baked goods hit me in the face.
"Welcome to Magnolia's what can we get you guys today". A perky girl named Amber smiled."Uhm, I want two banna puddings, ten red velvet cupcakes, and a chocolate cake". Cassie ordered.
