Cristine's POV

I groaned as I stretch my arms in the air. This bed was making me sink on it's mattress as I do so. I fluttered my eyes open and look at the clock beside me only to found out that it was already 9:45 in the morning. It looks like I slept for 2 hours because of tiredness and the pain in my stomach that I was enduring two hours ago.

Though I felt ashame on doing this, I have no other options but to follow what Rain had told me. She doesn't want me to lay a finger on their works because she have lots of maid to do that for her.

Bumangon nalang ako at kumuha ng damit saka pumunta sa bathroom para maligo. The scent of the air conditioner whatever maybe they are using, reach my nostrils making me alive for some time. After hanging the clothes I chose to wear, I opened the shower and stepped under the flowing water.

"AHHHHHHHH!"

Agad na sigaw ko ng dumaloy ang malamig na tubig sa katawan ko. Why didn't someone informed me about how cold the water is? I was gritting my teeth like I was been sunk into the sea of ice. Muntik na nga akong madapa dahil madulas ang tiles dito.

Napatingin ako sa pintuan ko ng tumunog ng malakas ang pintuan sa kwarto ko. Siguro dahil yun sa pagmamadali ng kung sino man ang pumunta para icheck ako. Syempre, muntik ko ng mawasak ang bahay ni Rain dahil sa lakas ng sigaw ko.

"Tintin anong nangyari?"

I heard Rain's worried voice outside the door of the bathroom. Napahugot ako ng malalim na paghinga para pigilan ang sarili ko na manginig.

"Are you okay?"

And I think that voice belongs to Chan Hae.

"Rain. I... I'm okay. It's just-that.... the water is.... to cold for me to take a bath."

I said between my shivering body and gritting teeth. Hindi ko nga matukoy kung saan pa ako humugot ng lakas para makapagsalita. I heard them laugh which made me raise my browse. I wonder if I was really raising my browse dahil sa sobrang lamig. I think half of my body was frozen. Atsaka, may gana pa talaga silang pagtawanan ako. Kung hindi lang sana ako nanginginig dito baka nabatukan ko na sila. Wala akong paki-alam kung mas matanda sila sa akin. And besides, this is not the right time to laugh.

"

Pasaway ka talagang bata ka. Just press the button Hot or Luke warm. Hay naku akala ko may nangyari na sayo .."

"Sorry ha.. Wala kasing ganito sa amin eh.."

At may gana pa talaga siyang pagsabihan ako na pasaway ah. Wala naman akong maling ginawa. At kailan ba ako naging pasaway sa kanya? If only I can rolled my eyes I already done that a while ago. I look for that button and press it. I step under the flowing water again and felt relieved when it's warmth flow over my body.

"Bilisan mo na jan atsaka bumaba ka agad, ha? Kanina ka pa kasi hindi bumaba. Wala ka naman sigurong balak mag kulong lang dito, hindi ba?"

I can't help myself but to groan at her. Sino ba ang may nagsabi na magpapakulong ako sa bahay niya? This is South Korea after all. How could I just sit here when there was something waiting for me to be explored?
