"Update," Silas ordered.

"Sir," an analyst's voice came over the intercom. "We've made good progress. We've tapped into all public sector security camera networks in the state. We're working on the private networks, as we speak."

"Any sign of them?"

"Not yet. Some of the feeds are malfunctioning. I'll have an ETA on work-arounds for that soon—"

"Malfunctioning how?"

"Their video transmission has stopped. It will take us a bit of time to determine whether it's camera error or—"

"It's not camera error." A sneer spread across Silas' face. "Can you triangulate the cameras that are malfunctioning?"

"The most concentrated number of outages seems to be occurring in northern Georgia. The city of Helen," he reported.

A tech appeared and handed Silas a paper. "Sir, I've just cross-referenced the camera coordinates with local street maps. The cameras are located with a five mile radius of a  car dealership."

"So the little experiments are out shopping, are they?" Silas switched intercoms. "Hobbs. Create a surge to disrupt security camera feeds across the northern region of the state. Morris. Get the boys down there. I want those accidents gagged and bound within the hour."
