A few hours later, Camila finds herself waking up in the exact place she had fallen asleep in. She was warm, cozy and content so much so she wanted to slip straight back off to dreamland. But knowing she needed to able to sleep tonight, she forces herself awake and brings a hand up to rub tiredly at her eyes.

She could feel a pair of arms were securely wrapped around her, resting on her lower back, and after taking in how safe she felt in them for a few more seconds, she gently eases them off of her and attempts to sit up.

This action leaves her straddling Lauren's stomach and when she see's the woman herself still asleep, she finds herself smiling and taking in the small details.

The curve of her nose, the piercing sat on one side. Her perfectly shaped eyebrows and her plumped lips. Tentatively reaching out, she trails the pad of her thumb over her cheek, taking in how soft it was.

"What are you doing?"

Jumping, Camila quickly snatches her hand back. She leans forward and buries her head into the woman's neck, her heart racing at being caught.

She feels Lauren shift underneath her and she soon finds herself sat up and straddling her lap. The position feels a lot more intimate than it did earlier and she feels her cheeks turning a pale shade of red. Why did she have to be so awkward?

A hand comes up and gently eases her away from her hiding place, and not quite ready to make eye contact with the intimidating woman, she brings her hands up to cover her eyes, forcing back a smile when she hears a faint chuckle.

"Is somebody embarrassed?" Lauren teases softly, looping her arms around the smaller girls waist.

Camila quickly shakes her head, denying everything despite the fact her hands were still covering her eyes as an attempt to hide.

Lauren brings a hand up and gently tugs the hands away, bowing her head slightly so she was able to make eye contact, "you're okay Camila. There's no need to hide from me" she reassures, finding herself hesitating for a split second before she leans forward and places a barely there peck to the girls lips.

Camila freezes at this, her head immediately coming up to make eye contact with the Dom who for once appeared unsure of herself. It was an unusual occurrence for someone with her classification and not liking her looking so sad, she leans forward herself and places a shy, yet lingering peck to her lips.

She pulls away slightly, her breathing heavy, not knowing whether or not she was going to be scolded for kissing her without permission but when she was instead pulled close into the pair of comforting arms, she breathes a breath of relief.

"I'm sorry ma'am"

Lauren tightens her grip slightly, "why are you sorry?" She asks, her voice calm and quiet.

Camila shifts anxiously in place, "for not asking to kiss you" She speaks, her voice barely audible.

Grasping the girls waist, Lauren eases her away, "hey, you don't have to apologise for that. Never will I ever be mad at you for kissing me okay? I promise" she says, moving her hands from her waist, up so they were cupping her cheeks.

The smaller girl nods slightly, her eyes flickering down to the woman's lips. Lauren couldn't help but smirk at this, and after once again looping her arms around her waist and pulling her close, she leans forward and places a soft kiss to her soft, yet plump lips.

Camila couldn't help but kiss back. It was shy, cutely so and after a few seconds of their lips pressed together, they both pull away slightly out of breath, smiles lingering on their faces.

The whole kissing thing started to become a daily thing for both Camila and Lauren.

They shared one in the morning, some randomly throughout the day and one before they both went to sleep. Camila liked it, because she wasn't used to having somebody willing to show so much affection to her.

They never spoke about getting together though, in a relationship that is and that's something Camila felt unsure about.

Did Lauren not want to be with her? Or was she simply taking it slow so she wasn't being pressured into anything she wasn't ready for? She'd like to think it was the latter because she doesn't think she could take anymore rejection from someone she cared so much about.

Sighing lightly, she stares down at her lap that currently occupied one of the many books she had brought to Lauren's place. She liked to read, to get lost in a story, a make believe world of you will. It was one of her favourite things to do because it allowed her to escape reality.

She couldn't really get into it today though. Her mind was too distracted. She was too distracted.

Tossing her book to the side, she slides off of the bed and makes her way out of her room. Well, the room she had at Lauren's. Once she's made it to the bottom of the stairs, she see's the back of Lauren's head from where she was sat on the couch.

It appeared as though she was sat on the couch with her own book in her lap by the way she was facing down.

That was another thing they had in common. Reading.

Shyly sitting herself down on the couch next to her, she lets out a soft sigh and begins to play with the two bracelets occupying her wrist. Now she was more comfortable with Lauren's company, she tended to have both bracelets on show, something she had never done before.

"Something wrong?"

She looks to her left to see Lauren looking at her, her eyes soft and curious. After getting lost in them for a few seconds, she speaks.

"Nothing ma'am, I'm just...I just can't concentrate on anything today and it's frustrating me" she admits, bringing her legs up to her chest and laying her head down onto her knees.

Lauren nods and sets her book down onto the coffee table in front of her before holding her arms out invitingly, "come sit with me sweetheart" she says, a small smile lingering on her lips.

No longer shy with physical contact, Camila immediately shifts over to the woman and allows herself to be lifted sideways onto her lap. She rests her head down onto her shoulder and brings a hand up to grasp her shirt, her eyes closing in content.

"That's it, just calm down and have a little nap for me sweetheart. I'm sure you'll feel better after a little rest"

Camila easily takes her words in her stride and curls up closer, smiling when she feels an tighten around her waist, a single hand coming up to bury itself in her hair, grazing her scalp.

"Shhh"
