Hello, welcome to my story Pluviophile.
This story is a soulmates story, honestly, I'm not really fond of soulmate stories but this idea has been in my head for awhile now so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
So here's an explanation of pretty much what this whole story is about, and I'll add definitions so that no ones confused when we get into the story.
Phile- Denoting a person for having a fondness for a specified thing.
What does "Phile" have to do with the story?- The government has realized people have a certain Phile, like people loving dogs a lot, or maybe loving nature. They realized everyone in the world has a specific Phile that connects them to other people.
For example. If you're a Bibliophile (love of books) then your soulmate would probably be a Logophile (a love for words), and so on.
But some people don't like the idea, they don't want to be connected to someone who's the exact opposite of them. So the government has come up with an idea to keep everyone from being matched with their opposite. So they made a test, they connect the answers and they call back to give you your results. Easy.
But now, the government wants to try something new with these tests, something Min Yoongi would definitely hate.
Types of Philes that are going to be used:
Pluviophile- Love of rain
Heliophile- Love of the sun
Bibliophile- Love of Books
Photophile- Love of Photos
Dendrophile- Love of trees/forests/nature
Cinephile- Love of Making/watching Movies/films
Thalassophile- Love of the sea/water
