He falls asleep

I was sitting outside the twins room waiting for the nurse to come back I was staring into space when someone tapped on my shoulder i turned around and It was Vicky I gave her a weak smile and she said "here u need this drink up" she handed me the cup of tea and sat down beside me I was telling her how much my life has changed since I met Laura then a voice came from behind me "mr jones if ud please come in here for a moment" I looked a Vicky grabbed her hand and followed the nurse we sat down and the nurse sits the other side she looks down at her files then back up at me she follows with "mr Jones I'm sorry to tell u but david didn't make the surgery it was to late his lungs filled up with blood and we couldn't save him I'm so sorry for ur lose" she got up and left Vicky and I sitting there

We sat in silence for a bit I looked up at her and started cry uncontrollably "this couldn't b happening not now no there lying they have to b it's a mistake" she hugged me and rocked me whispering shhh in my ear a few minutes later we got up and left to go down stairs

We went down to Laura's room mam tom gi doug harry Ailish and izzy Wer there we walked through the door they all looked up at me as I whispered "he's gone he didn't make the surgery" tears started streaming down everyone's face which set me off again how was I going to cope
