3 days before.
Six days later, Miles mood shifts back and forth. He goes from taking a joke to super sensitive in a matter of minutes. I'm not even sure why he's acting like this, although six days ago when he gave me those cold eyes, it scared me half to death.
I left after he gave me that look, unsure how to react. I just left without a word.
And then today, during recess, he was extremely happy, then he ran his hands through his hair like something was bothering him and I tried to help but he pushed me away.
Miles and I had different subjects for 3rd and 4th period, so when I waited at his locker for him I was hoping he wasnt in another sensitive mood
By the time that Miles approached his locker, his lips were formed into a straight line, and a certain bell rang in my mind, telling me to run and dont look back. But I didnt, I stayed and tried to reason with him but he wouldnt take the chance to tell me anything and I wanted to ask if this was because of his parents again but if I did he would get all sensitive and upset with me.
"Hey," I start, "How was Humanities?"
"Fine," he responded, shoving his books into his locker.
He wont tell me anything. I should just stop.
But I kept pushing him, up until he turned to face me. Instead of saying anything, he took me by the wrist and dragged me down the hallway until he pushed open the door to the room where I usually have english. He firmly closed the door, then he turned to face me.
"Miles what're you-"
"Tay," he hissed "We need to talk."
"W-What?' My heart sinks, and I'm preparing myself for the worse.
"Dont fret, it's nothing bad." he says, "I'm just in a bad mood today. It's nothing. I know you're worried about me, its in your personality. Just dont worry about me. I'm fine."
I was about to say something when he ran his hands down my arms, then kissed my forehead. After that, he turned on his heels and walked off without turning back or to consider I was still watching that door in shock.
