Quick Note: I didn't expect this book to finish with almost half the words as On the Couch has. Of course it will probably even out in editing. Sorry if there are any plot holes, I tried my best to close it out and make sure most was taken care of. There is going to be a double update tonight so after an hour or so I will be putting up the Epilogue which closes most everything else out in the storyline. Sigh...

It took me so long because of various personal and social things that came up, plus I wanted to make sure I had all my facts from the storyline straight before I let my mind free write the ending. I hope you all like it and will like the Epilogue.

There is no fear of a total end as you can all read again as I write the third book. I announced it earlier this week titled 'Whispers Of Revenge'. The cover and dedication page is already posted to my wall. I know I said I wouldn't write a third, but I was given a great idea and at least you can see another part of Sonja and Evan through their kids.

I am in a melancholoy mood as I always am with the endings of books and I don't think my endings are as good as my beginnings or in between because its hard to say good bye to something you have created. So I think my endings are mediocre.

Also want to say Rest In Peace to Robin Williams, my favorite comedian of all time. The Genie is free....

Alrighty just get on with it hehe. Love you all so much!! xoxoxoox

“Twins,” I repeated. Then I whispered it. “Twins….”

I stared down at my belly with a blank expression. Evan took the paper towels from the doctor and whipped the gel off since I didn’t respond when she tried to hand them to me.

The sonogram picture I held limply at my side and I peeked at the two little misshapen blobs that almost looked molded together, but were indeed, separate.

“Can we tell the gender yet?” Evan asked.

“Well, she is about twelve weeks along or three months, so to make sure we can get an accurate gender reading, I’d schedule another in two more months to be on the safe side…. We could in six weeks, if you didn’t want to wait.” She winked.

I sat up and swing my legs over the table bed taking a deep breath.

“I’ll get you two signed out. Thank you for coming in on such short notice.” The doctor said exiting the room. I pulled my shirt down over my stomach and my hand lingered.

“Hey, are you alright?” Evan asked lifting my chin to look at him.

“I’m just… surprised….”

“Do twins run in your family?”

“No. I mean, my great grandmother was a twin, but that was three generations ago,” I said. I made a mental note to ask my mother about the ancestry.

“We’ll be fine. I’m just glad there is nothing wrong.” Evan wrapped an arm around me.

“I’m just worried with your board hearing and all.”

“Don’t worry about that. The most they can do is suspend me for a longer period of time.”

“It’s still my fault.”

We stopped talking before Evan could argue with me again when the nurse came in with discharge paperwork.

I was fine with one child, but two made me worry all over again. Evan had a hearing because of being in a relationship with me with his superiors. Though as far as the record showed, it didn’t start until after my therapy was finished. I guess they had waited for the end of the trial to throw the curve ball at him.
