jungkook and jimin had been working on this routine every single day for a few hours after work. even though they were tired, they had fun and found energy within themselves to keep going.
"the competition's tomorrow. i'm nervous." jungkook said, panting breathlessly after their routine.
jimin let out a small cough, "don't be. it's your first competition, but it's not a lot to worry about. i promise."
jungkook sighed in relief, "alright."

the boss handed out flyers to all the workers about jungkook and jimin's dance competition. word got around, and eventually they became the most anticipated thing. everyone received a ticket to watch, including taehyung.
he read the flyer and saw a small photo of jungkook's headshot. he brushed the paper with his thumb softly, whispering to himself,
"i miss you."
