Gomez was now 100% better his cancer was finally gone and his strokes were a process he's only had two mini strokes after the last one. Time has gone past along time, the twins were now 3.
"Gomez darling I'm so happy that you have overcame Cancer it's been a long year and a half and it's been a good two years as well. You're so strong love you're stronger than me." She said and smiled.
Gomez kissed her hand and smiled, "I should be thanking you you've raised two great children that helped you along the way and you brought another two children into this world and still held your own you're the most strongest and beautiful person I know I thank you for everything that you did and everything that you're doing I love you Cara." He cried
She smiled as he eyes welled up with tears as she kissed him.
