Now here comes the hard part getting Jah into headspace.
Jah is quite clingy in the morning so maybe that will help him slip easier.

I head downstairs to get breakfast ready before he wakes up.
I decide to make waffles with strawberry's.
I quickly fill up a sippy cup for Jah hoping this will help him slip.
I become lazy and just take a box of ego waffles and toast them instead of actually cooking.

Once their done I put them on a plate cutting them up in smaller chunks.

Now all I need is Jah.
I spent all last night looking up how to be a good caregiver and I just hope it pays off.

I start heading up to Jah's room to wake him up.
I don't really know how I'm going to do this yet.
Should I talk to him about it or should I just start treating him younger and hope he starts responding to it.

I guess I'll just start with treating him younger and see how he responds to it before it becomes official.

Once I enter his room I see that he is already awake and must of heard me coming.

" morning Jah" I say to him.

" morning" He shyly mumbles back.

" I made waffles , you want some?" I ask him.
He nods excitedly.

" alright let's go" I urge him to follow me.
He only looks at me with a blank expression which I immediately understood.

I walk over to him while picking him up.
He still had his stitch stuffie in the crook of his arm.

I smile fondly at him as we head down stairs.
He already is seeming to slip and I haven't even done anything to provoke it.

I set Jah down and bring over his plate and drink.
He stares oddly at the sippy cup while giving me a confused look.

I quickly come up with something reasonable to say " I thought you might like it"

I knew that probably didn't make very much sense to him because his expression of confusion didn't change.

" and all the other glasses are dirty" I quickly recover myself and it seems to have worked as he then started drinking out of it.

I can't deny that it was quite adorable.
I'm glad he didn't ask why the waffles were cut up too.

" hey so I was thinking maybe we could go out and get some new clothes for you" I suggest.
Jah nods his head in approval.

" alright then we'll go after we eat" I finalize.

Jah and I were currently at the mall.
We went inside every store Jah seemed to be interested in.
I'm glad he's getting better with expressing what he wants.
I can tell he's getting more comfortable with me.

I see Jah's eyes widen slightly at one of the stores.

" you want to go in there" I ask him to make sure.
He nods his head shyly.

" alright let's go" I inform him as we head into the store.

It had some real cute stuff.
I let Jah go look around for what he wanted while I looked around myself.

I was looking at some tops until I spotted an adorable teddy bear adult onesie.
That would look so cute on Jah.
It would maybe even help him slip further.
Maybe I should buy it and not tell him till later.

I quickly go buy it and head to find Jah.

" there you are" I say finding him looking in the teenage section.

" you find anything?" I ask him.
He points to a gray thrasher hoodie.

" alright let's go get it" I tell him before we go to check out.

At the end of our shopping I realized I bought him 11 outfits.
That's more than I buy myself a year.
Oh well, I told him I'd spoil him.
