Stokeley's pov:

After everything went down Jah and I have become a lot closer again. He actually talks to me. Well he's still pretty quiet but that's just him.

We have been taking things slowly. I don't want to force him into anything outside his comfort zone.

I know I need to start getting him more involved. After all I can't just stay home all day and be with Jah. I have to work. I can't just keep bringing him to work with me. He has to do something with his life. I can't just let him lounge around and do nothing his whole life. I'm only saying this because I care. It's not like I don't want him around.

Maybe I should get him a job or better yet maybe he should go back to school. I'll have to see how much education he actually has.

Jah soon joins me on the couch. He doesn't leave any space between us even though there's plenty of room on the couch. I don't mind I just find it funny. He then cuddles into me while I wrap my arm around him. I can't help but smile. He's truly adorable. I decide now is probably the best time to bring up school.

" hey Jah when you were younger did u ever go to school?" I ask casually. His face immediately turns into a look of fear. He must of not had good memories. He slowly nods his head fearing what I was going to ask next.

" when did you drop out?" I ask him again.

" 7th." Jah mutters. At least he still has some education. I wonder if I could still get him enrolled into his age group or if he will have to go back to 7th.

" well I was thinking we should maybe get you back in school?" I suggest hoping for the best.

" no." Jah states immediately.

" come on Jah whatever you remember from school before it won't be like that. I can't just keep bringing you to work with me either so I need you to go." I inform him. Jah vigorously shakes his head.

" please Jah for me." I plead. He still refuses.

" Nick will be there." I try this time. Jah's eyes slightly widen. He hesitates before informing me that he will give it a try.

I'm glad that went smoothly. I did not want to have to force him to go but if he didn't comply I would have no other choice. I have to get back to my old working routine.

" alright and I'll have a little surprise for you after your first day." I say winking at him. Jah gives me a confused look and I just chuckle. He has no idea what I have planned.

Sorry this chapters short but the next chapter will definitely be worth it ;)
