Eren pov
Ever since Levi has return with us we have become much happier. We both started discussing what names should we put for the twins, this end up with hanji being beaten up by Levi for suggesting putting a twin bean.
We have gotten everything ready for the twins, their room was just like we wanted to. It was all thanks to Sebastian and his fast speed that we were able to finish everything, he did the hard work while Levi and I did the easy parts.
"Ok I quit!" Levi groan and laid down on the bed.
"Come on Levi we have to pick names, they aren't far away from being born you know?" I smiled
"I know, I can't wait until they're here" Levi smiled and place a hand on my belly.
"How about this one! Tasahiro! It means peaceful kind and wise" i smiled
"Yeah it sound good for the first" levi smiled at me
"Ok and we'll put on our second Yasuo! It means he's a peaceful one" i smiled
"I really like it" Levi smiles at me.
My smile widened and I bend a little to kiss him. But we stopped when I felt a kick, I let a cry of pain and grabbed my stomach. Levi chuckle and started kissing my baby bump. I smiled and played with his hair as he rested his head gently on my stomach.
"How do you think they will be?" I questioned and looked down at him
"I don't know...maybe as strong and handsome like their father" Levi smirked
I rolled my eyes and giggled.
"And maybe sweet and loving like their mother" Levi smiled and looked up at me
I let a small 'aww' and smiled at him. Levi let a small laugh and started gooing at my baby bump.
Who would of known that I would of end up with a family of my own. I always thought I would die alone, but Levi came and showed me that nothing is imposible if it means for love.
I heard a knock from down stairs, Levi got up and answered the door. I heard yelling and laughter. I raised and eyebrow and got out of my comfortable bed.
I walked down stairs only to meet some people there smiling and laughing at Levi.
"Guys?" I questioned getting their attention
"Eren!!" I heard a familiar voice yell
"Hello there hanji" I smiled and finally got down all of those stairs
"Wow looked at you, you've grown!" She smiled
"Yeah i know" I smile and rubbed my baby bump
"Wow I never though that Levi would be a father" Erwin laughed
"Look who's saying" Levi glared and walked up to me
He helped me walk and sat down on the sofa with everyone.
"So have you picked names?" Isabel smiled
"Yes we have" I smiled
"Aww I really wanted to put the na-" hanji started
"We are NOT putting BEAN as a NAME!" Levi yelled and glared at hanji
Hanji pout and crossed her arms, she is so childish.
"I kinda agree with Levi here, bean would be a weird name" farlan said as everyone nodded
"But it's adorable!!" She whined
"We should leave the name as a nickname" Erwin smiled as everyone nodded
"So what are the names you guys chose for the kids?" Admin smiled
"Tasahiro and Yasuo, both of the names have a beautiful meaning, and It suits them" I smiled
"Oh wow! I really like the names!" Isabel yelled with a big grin onbher face
"I'll end up just calling them Tasa and Yas" farlan laughed
"Well I'll be calling them by how they look! Like if one gets levis shortness I'll call him shitty two!" Hanji laughed
Everyone laughed at the messy brunette with glasses. I couldn't hold back my laughter.
"The fuck did you said shitty four eyes?" Levi asked as his hand made a twitching motion as if he wanted to strangle or punch someone.
That someone being hanji.
"Nothing~!" She said dragging the word
"Levi why won't you make me something to eat I'm really hungry" I said and smiled at him
"Sure love" he smiled and gave me a small kiss
He walked to the kitchen, I smiled at the rest and we moved to the couch. Hanji was to happy about me almost giving birth but I was scared.
"Its ok eren! If you get into labor call me and we'll take you to a special hospital! I found out you aren't the only male that gave birth! Three males have gone pregnant in the past 10 years!" Hanji smiled and looked at me
"So it's almost rare for males to get pregnant" I smiled
"What makes it funny is that the males that have gone pregnant were all gay guys! I think thanks to the organism in their bodies that allowed them to get pregnant also gave them female traits" hanji laughed
"That ass!" Levi yelled from the kitchen
"Levi!!" I yelled and my face went red
Everyone laughed at us, I covered my face in embarrassment.
"Aww it's ok eren, Levi was just telling us something he likes" hanji laughed
"To pound!" Levi yelled from the kitchen again
"Levi Ackerman!!" I yelled with a red face
Everyone laughed more at us. Hanji was rolling on the floor holding her stomach as she laughed hard.
I let them calm down before talking again.
"Ok, so eren from what I heard from the doctors is that they won't cut you open when giving birth, but the proses will be painful, you'll have a natural birth, just make sure to breath and push" hanji smiled and held my hand
"Thanks hanji, what could I possibly do without you" I smiled
"I know right! I'm amazing!" She yelled and thrower her arms in the air
I let a small laugh but stopped when i let a cry of pain, I grabbed my stomach in pain as tears blurred my vision.
"Eren!" Hanji gasp
I let a gasp as I felt something wet on my legs.
"Levi! Start the car your kids are coming!!" Hanji yelled.
I heard something from the kitchen and fast footsteps. I felt someone carrying me and people framing out. I was in pain, it hurts like he'll, more than the first-time Levi and I did it.
"Ahh!!" I yelled in pain
"Hold on eren!" Hanji yelled as I felt the car move, fast.
